I find this exciting because it's built around the venerable BVC coils.
This old MTLer will have no problem keeping my Triton Mini's humming along for the foreseeable future. Good deal. I'm sure I'll get an AIO just because....

Yeah, I'll be napping the purple one myself :)

If the 'Nautilus 2' 0.7 ohm coils will work, I may consider one, but only if they have strengthened or otherwise improved the clips that hold the pod to the battery as there's a handful of reports about the Breeze 2, every week for the past few months on /ecr about these clips breaking and then the device is useless.

Someone on /ecr also published the files to 3D-print replacement clips for the Breeze 2, which you can get done at Shapeways and other sites if you do not have your own 3D printer, and then you need to take the thing apart to replace the broken clip with the new 3D printed clip.

Seems like they coulda/shoulda gone with some of those powerful-but-tiny Neodymium magnets instead of flimsy plastic clips for a 'premium' pod device as they are marketing this one on many outlets online...

I guess we'll find out soon enough :)

The device is only 12 watts.

Yes, I know and thanks. :)

If it is constant output (vs direct output, i.e. based upon direct/declining battery voltage) and regulated/fixed to 12w, then that is likely going to be weak on a 0.7 ohm coil, since on other devices, I need about 17-20w to get the vape I like.

I may have to think about the 1.8/1.6 ohm coils which I can try on my other tanks before taking the plunge on this one and see where the wattage sweet spot is for me and if I can get along with 12w for when 'out and about' and want to leave the nicer kit at home.

Well, I ordered two of them relying on the Aspire Nautilus reputation (still have a mini). Sadly, tho the pod system is not among the inexpensive ones, it should be. It is all plastic, feels cheap and the vape is....welll...not what I expected, it leaves a lot to be desired. I ended up using a couple of 1.6 ohm coils, the regular 1.8 ohm coils in the pack reacquainted me with the ol' spit back. When all is said and done, I much more prefer the Minifit and C601 for stealth, nic salt or not, or the Orion for a flashy pod system (at twice the price of the Aspire, they are solidly built and the Replay function is great out of the box)

Not sure the pod thing is going to work for me. I just got a Renova Zero and using my normal 9 nic 60PG/40VG unflavored juice at 12.5W max, a flat vape. Same juice in a Triton Mini @ 17W w/1.6 ohms, an excellent MTL vape.

I'll mix up some higher nic juice and see how that goes. Not sure about nic salts. If someone sells unflavored, I suppose I'd try it but no idea how to figure nic levels except trial and error.

I have the Nautilus and did not like it at first. As Brew mentioned above it is made from cheap plastic and it feels that way. After a few weeks of use I like it but it is not what I was hoping for. It is far better than the Icare 2 and the Smok Priv AIO. I should have just bit the bullet and bought the Orion. That is next on my journey for the best pod mod.

Less is better! What I'm trying to say is start at a low %, you can always add a bit more otherwise you'll have to dilute and could end with more juice than you care for. Initially I had a small dripper (RDA) I would use to try out new juices.

I bought one Orion, not my idea of MTL but if you like a looser MTL draw, you'll be fine. I liked it for restricted DL, in fact I liked it so much, I bought two more.
