Drop Dead dry hits

I gave my sister in law a Drop Dead rda with new coils. She's complaining about dry hits and she says she changed the cotton. Any suggestions.

Cotton too tight in the coil? Drip more often. Cotton may be burned inside coil

Shes new to rdas. It cud be a number of things but she lives 45 minutes away so I cant actually look at it.

Maybe have her text a few pictures? I’m new to RDAs too, but from my experience here in the forums people can diagnose things from a picture better and easier. Lot of helpful people here.

She probably just needs practice wicking. Maybe do a video-chat and have her wick it up while you watch and offer feedback.
