Conservatives are the ones making so many laws regarding sex. Birth control laws are just part of it. Some areas have laws banning dildos. Seems to me many conservatives thing that women should not ever have sex of any type unless it will result in a baby.

The ‘Boro is smack dab in the middle of the Bible Belt, but in the 4 hours we were there I only saw 2 protesters. They had signs on sticks with religious messaging. What I found interesting was that they weren’t yelling and screaming at anybody and there wasn’t a crowd of people that were yelling and screaming at them. Not to say that I watched them intently for an extended period of time, just kind of counter-indicative of what most peeps might think would be happening in a situation like that.
