It's decent and it breaks down what is actually going on. I think since there seems to be a decent amount of room, to try and retrofit a switchfet or something of that sorts in it.

Yeah - it is supercute, an 18350 6ixty 7even. BUt you had to join a list on Fbook.
There might be a last-minute list for 'em. Not sure - he's been making his FBook groups specific to buying, literally asking people to unsubscribe if they're not currently on a list. Whatever...I like my 6ixty 7even mods, but the communications are too effed up for me...

What is this lil thing and how do I get one?
well well... it is LOL

Not a fan of his substandard shit he is pumping out at the price point he has.

Seen this?
Coming any minute from Odis (maker of the O-atty).
Probably pricey as hell, but he makes good quality stuff. It puts a big ole DL, RDA-thingy into a Billet Box.
I'm not into those, but I think some folks here are...

Interesting looking, kind of seems to be steering toward the AIO kits. Think I'm passing and not simply for the probably pricey as hell. Not quite wooed by the AIO notion. *puts two pennies on the bar*

Needing to get more wire, might pick up another CV mod and another Gorge or the YFTK Hadaly(sic). Might need another ohm meter as well. I hear my Goons weeping. *grin*

need RDA suggestions

2014/15 i used derringer v1
since then, i use stumpies

things i have tried and hated: narda, o-attie, hadaly, haku, a bunch of older stuff

occasionally get used origin 16, mulciber

i didn't mind the nuppin, other than building for it

i vape unflavoured, flavour is NOT a factor at all

thanks

Well then, lets break down the known facts...

1. Flavor output of any said atty is NOT a factor at all

2. Likes a few older RDAs- Generally hates the others

3. Prefers dual coil decks over single ( Derringer/Stumpy - Hates NarDa -Oatty-Hadaly- Haku (Singles))

4. Prefers 510ish DTs

Goon 22? Using the smaller DT?

I centre coil on all but the derringer.

Didn't like the goon. Too airy, even on 1 hole

Maybe a gas mods GR1 would suit you? It has replaceable airflow tubes so you can set the airflow up the way you like it, and is a very small and compact rda like the other atties you enjoyed. Though it is a single coil rda, so if you are looking for a small dual this probably won't hit the spot for you.

So dual post you can build a single coil in between, low pro cap, less air than a Goon, and more air than a Hadaly...

Sounds like a Tobhino would fit the bill.

Kinda tricky - not that many dual-decks around lately at all...

Did you ever try a Maker?
2-post dua deck. Directed air from above.
I don't think it comes with a BF pin though - I got mine in a Catfish run...

Can someone post their Recurve build?

I just rewicked mine and the flavor isn't what it was before. The coil was getting gunky so I just cleaned it and wicked it. Thanks.

The world is your oyster if you don't care about flavor. I have the Cthulhu 1928 MTL RDA on the way and have been vaping on the Vapefly Galaxies RDTA. You can get from fairly tight MTL to restricted DL from either of these and they will not leak during normal operation :) Coiling them up is a breeze. Single coil though as that's all I vape. Vapefly has been rolling out new and interesting products every couple of months....

Yeah they've got a new 24mm single coil atty listed on the China sites. Looks nice!

Old school MTL style RTAs are easy to find in the bowels of Chinese sites but old school squonking RDAs - not so much. And all are of the clone variety....

Fastech has a new arrival, the vapefly pixie. If you don’t mind the “pixie” engraving on the topcap, it doesn’t look bad.

I saw that earlier. They have it listed as being 24mm but the pictures indicate it's a 22mm RDA.
I like that it only has the air coming from one side and has the optional airflow inserts.

this looks good too

dbmods royal rda

This does look nice save for one aspect, imho, it's got a flush top. I've taken to liking the domed tops now like the ChiNaRDA, Gorge, Wasp Nano. Seems you'd not like a Gorge or Wasp.

Started out using dual coils. Tried single coil builds and then decks specifically for single coil builds, I found out! :) That's all I'm into now, single coil builds. I too vape unflavored base. Every once in a while I might add a little vanilla, maybe some cinnamon from out of the kitchen. Need to get the wife buying peppermint oil I guess. These do well for me at roughly a 10% of 10 ml ratio, i.e. I won't add more than 1 ml of flavoring. Of course, using maximum VG I also get a subtle sweetness to my unflavored.

I also like chuffy 810 drip tips that bevel down and inward. Like tail piping on the Wasps. Reckon we all get rounded up into our individual ways, some more particular than others.

When I pulled the Pulse bottle out to refill, the bitch leaked a drop or two into the gap where the bottle goes. Easy cleanup but still a pain in the ass. Is there a way to stop that? Would pulling the bottle out, holding a paper towel up to the pin and letting the juice drop into that work?
While that would be a good preventative measure a better idea would be using a refill bottle.

Yeah its not that it's made in china that bothers me. Its stamping "made in the USA" on everything you make and creating that cult following by lying and deceit. I mean 90% of their followers were their followers because they were a made in the USA company. Also i think they was doing it from the start.

Unfortunately most big time mod/device manufacturers are Chinese.I honestly think the last true (Made in the U.S.A.) manufacturer was (ProVape) which went belly up...Thankfully.
I detested them with a passion.Charging way to much for outdated crap and believing you can get away with it just because you're an american company just pisses me off every damn time...Sorry next rant in 5 minutes.

Try the fusion 360 tutorials and cad software. They were pretty helpful for me when I was trying to learn it. Unfortunately life happens and i haven't really learned shit.

You don't really need to know (CAD) anymore.
You just need the print file and a place that has a 3D printer...Like (Kinko's)
You pay a flat fee and they'll print it for you.
I've done this several times for complex shit.
Like my (Hamster Habitat) (*Faux Marquise Cut Macro Blood Garnet with Heart Flaw Insert*)

Yeah but that really only works at kinkos because they're using all the free files out there to print things. But in order to sell something it first needs to be yours and in 3d printing the only way to make an original piece is to design the 3d CAD file yourself. Or take the idea to someone and pay them to design it for you.

That hamster habit was designed by me so was the fake garnet.Took all of 5 minutes for the hamster thingy. The garnet took 35 minutes.I did not use (CAD)
There are far easier programs to use.The second 1 is "cad-based" but is super frigging easy to learn. For heck's sake I'm 64 dang years old and drunk most of the time (kidding about that last bit) honestly though if I can figure this shit out anybody can.

Good morning all. I only have one squonker. It's a Pulse unregulated. Leaks like a sieve and drains my 20700's waaaaay too fast. I like the SQ from Signature Tips but after the experience with the Pulse and the SQ price, meh. Not sure squonking is my cup of tea.

It looks like the tube might be bad. I might just need to replace it. I cut it a bit because it was too long and was almost kinking up. Still leaks so I don't know. VERY limited experience with squonking but every time I pull the panels off it's wet with juice. I thought it might be the seal on the bottle cap but I don't see where. As far as the builds it's the same as my single tube mechs but even my mechs don't drain like this. Especially the 20700's. Maybe I just got one of those proverbial "manufacturer defects"?

Id check the tube like you said and make sure the 510 is tight. Also make sure the bf hole on your rda isnt covered to make sure juice goes back down

I check the bottom periodically and have no drainage issues. And I always make sure that the 510's are good on everything I have. I'm thinking a slightly smaller tube or a different bottle with a better seal. I like the premise of squonking for various reasons so I'll attempt to resolve the problem. Portability. Not a subohm tank. Not having to constantly drip.

Ok,i've got an odd one.Anybody know why my Geekvape Athena mech would completely drain a battery overnight while not being used?Happened a few days ago,and i thought maybe the battery was old and went bad,so i swapped in a freshly charged battery, used it for a few minutes, then sat it on the shelf overnight, next day same thing, battery is completely dead.I've checked everything and don't see where anything is touching, wicks aren't burned,so it wasn't auto firing, but now i am stumped.I like that mod,but if it's going to ruin my batteries i won't use it again unless i can figure out where the drain is being caused.
