So, I haven’t had many problems over the five months I’ve had the TFV12 Prince Mod (my first vape) all was well except for some problems with leakage, but my mod took a tumble off of a table and onto the carpet. Maybe a 1ft drop and now I have to smack it around a bit to get it to turn off or on properly which is a huge bother. It still fires and everything, but I did notice I wasn’t able to separate the bottom portion of the tank from the mod when changing a coil and going to clean the rest of the pen as I try to take very good care of it. What are my options? I’m pretty tight for cash and can’t really afford to shell out for another mod.

Only thing i can think of. Wrap a rag around bottom of tank. Take A pair of pliers try to loosen it.

Like MP stated, grab some pliers with protected teeth (t-shirt, paper towell) and gently remove the base. Sounds like it may just be in a bind, and hopefully taking it apart and putting back together will fix u up. I find it odd that a 1' drop on carpet would have caused issues. Either way, good luck!

No use. I just did it, and got the pieces separated, yet still the same issues. It sometimes turns off and on on it’s own upon pressing the button just once. Others times a few smacks to my palm will turn it on, and then sometimes not at all. Any ideas???
There is a 100xxx's better then smok out there. When walmart starts selling this stuff smok will become a walmart brand lol....
The mod is just chinese junk like the rest of the shit out there, may as well buy something else, and try not to drop it.
Any recommendations then??
