My chickens are pretty good at egg layin so I always have eggs.
Just had a very tasty omelet :)

so are you sad or happy about not baking?o_O
I always wanted chickens but I don't think they're allowed in the city plus my husband said we would have to kill them and I'm not up for that

Some cities allow up to a certain number.
I live outside of city limits so it don't much matter but my little town recently started allowing up to five birds per residence in city limits.

But yeah, they are really only good for the crock pot once they stop laying.
And butchering chickens is a stinky job.
But chicken and dumplings sure is worth the effort:)

I'm trying really hard to help you out...but if you are starting from scratch...the mod/atty/batteries/charger will ultimately run you over $100.

Doesn't have to. I've never paid more than $60 for any mod and even the good batts and chargers are pretty cheap now and can last years.
Just depends on how/what he intends to build. I've got 2 ohms gennies on a Buzz Pro and 1.3 ohm RDA's on mechs, it's all relative.

My out and about mod is an $8 rubberized Bolt with a CGR18650CH 10A battery and a Vision Victory BCC clone with a 1.5Ω PT1 head. It's a pocket rocket..lol And, if it breaks, it's about $15 to replace the whole thing.

One of the best mods I own cost $12 - the brass Sentinel v3. It's currently got a 0.9 ohm Aqua RTA build on it with a Samsung 25R 18650 battery. That setup now would be about $50-65 total I think.

Simply put, most anything can go with most anything - if you match the mod's capabilities with the ohms of your topper and amps of your battery. Running a sub-ohm setup is what makes life difficult. IMHO.

I will say this about the Kamry K100 (I am assuming this is what you found)...do not put a sub-ohm build on it! It was never intended for that...and will fail in a rather catastrophic way.

Maybe the new ones are crap? Mine is from the first batch almost a year and a half ago now. (before the K101)
It's chromed brass and copper, yeah, but I've put a 0.6 dripper on it before and it's never even gotten warm.

I go to sleep in and it was lovely:)
Now clearing the brain fog with a Monster in one hand and my fog machine in the other.
Morning folks!

I dedicate this song to @franciscan
It's pretty much my all time favorite song in the world!!!
And although I do indeed enjoy the original and think Sting put a lot of meaning behind the words, I enjoy the Mudvayne cover much more.

Any way,
This one is for you friar.
Didnt like that cover...

Got some new sauces....Mmmmm.

Caribbean one is a classic carrot/hab type sauce: http://www.elyucateco.com/english/products/sauces/caribbean-habanero.html

That black one is a ridiculously smokey/charred green habanero type...reminds me of the chiles BBQ charred in the parking lot of my Mex store in summer time.

http://padillagroup.com/products/black-label-reserve-habenero-sauce/

Not as hot as some of their normal ones but great with ketchup for fries. :D

Or, on a sausage/egg/cheese sammie with some minced Red Habanero with Onion and Dill mayo.

How's the throat hit on that chile habanero?

Which one? I have like five types of their sauces....none are REALLY hot.

I don't drink the stuff...so it's fine. ;)
It was joke. Maybe you vape it. I make the funny. I go vape borscht flavor juice now.

I know it was...

But, in chilehead-land, TH is a thing too....long before there was vaping. ;)

Here's an 2009 example from my buddy Neil:

I don't understand why people don't like tube mods anymore. Yes, they can be inconvenient with a locking ring but other than that IMHO I think some are beautiful. Tell me why you detest them and explain what you did to your Orchid to make it look like that.:)

I agree @muth that they can be beautiful and highly functional. I don't know about other people, I just don't like the atty-on-tube form factor. All components are put in line so one dimension of the assembled PV gets overlong. Sticking out of shirt pocket = bad. Don't like how slick tubes feel in my hand, no concession to grip, and when there are a lot of surface features that add grip, they almost always look like kitschy crap to me. Bottom firing feels awkward, with a slick featureless tube really awkward. Uncomfortable in the hand = bad. So it comes down primarily to feel and to a lesser extent look, i.e. length. My ideal PV is portable and stealthy. (This doesn't matter at home, where big and awkward is okay.) It would disappear into my shirt pocket, weigh so little that I wouldn't notice it when it's in there, and hit hard when I take it out. The closest I've got to that are side-by-side rigs using the shortest available battery tubes. Weight remains a hurdle though.

This is all subjective and I know I'm asking too much. That's why I continue to tinker with my mod projects, progressing a little bit here and there toward my preferences. As to the Orchid in the picture, simply a V2 with a Kayfun Bell Cap and short drip tip. Only thing custom is the shortened chamber/chimney which yields ~3/4 ml more juice capacity. Stock chamber/chimney will also work.

NP. :)

Yeah, different hot chiles "hit" differently and in different spots.
For me, Scorpions hit most in the chest and upper gut, for example, while the Jolokias hammer the throat.

I've had a particular type of Habanero that about choked me out, it's nowhere near the hottest in SHU, but something about it is just vicious. It has a lot more visible "sap" than most habs, perhaps that is it?

Burkina Habaneros
burkinas.jpg

It also causes extreme "Hunan Hand" if you aren't careful. A gal friend who grew them had like epic pain from cutting up a batch of Burkinas without gloves. For three days. Lidocaine was called for...

http://thehotpepper.com/topic/41004-hunan-hands/

Problem is, Capasaicin is anhydrous and goes right through the dermis into the subcutaneous fat layer where it's dissolved..then you are in trouble. Your skin is on fire from the inside.

I have found that first rinsing hands in straight bleach and then scrubbing them with rubbing alcohol pretty much does the trick. The bleach will get the happy crystals to come to the surface, and the alcohol puts them into solution so they are easily removed.

We haven't gone anywhere

You were the one who went AWOL post breakup, remember? :D

Sorry. I was happy about the breakup (still am) but then had a series of unfortunate and depressing events, so...
Well, I'm still in the thick of 'em, but thought I'd say hi anyways.
