The Boro tank O-rings will move if there is juice under them; they sort of "Float".
Remove the O-ring, dry the boro o-ring channel and o-ring, seat the o-ring then dab a lil juice at the bottom part, put the glass on, and slowly move it up adding a little juice ahead of the glass... once all the way, you wont have the issue of the O-ring slopping about anymore

IMHO, it depends a lot on VG/PG ratio of your juice.
High VG (80%+) you want tiny amt of cotton (least possible amt) or dry hits will come. However, 70VG and lower you can use more cotton, but less cotton than you think in either case. Also, no need to stuff the juice channels as this will choke the juice flow, and again give dry hits.
Geekay has a tutorial, which is a good baseline to start:

The Insider is one of those Attys that has a ton of flavor, but needs to be perfect.
One day you will wick it perfectly and it will be the best vape you ever had... rewick it a few days later EXACTLY the same ( or you think the same ) and it sucks lol
I still think the best vape I had from it was with a 2.5mm 5 wrap 27g Ka1 contact...and I tried every coil combo I have wire for... from simple to complex builds...and it falls in line with the Exocet... great for a day, then must rewick.

So does this mean that there are 15 left in RPG, and then it's all over?
or if you order one, then they pass that along to the manufacturer, and you wait longer, but they will still be available?
My experience is parallel to yours, and it was the inability to achieve a consistent experience with the Insider that frustrated me and made me hate it.
With the Kanger RBA head, it performs as expected and with consistency, so I use that one now and all the other RBAs are set aside at the moment.
My understanding of @jmoney426 's post was that the well is running dry. They have enough to make another 15 RPG colorway boxes so if you want one you ought jump on it.
Yes, less is more.
Also, with contact coils (if you are using them) you can thread it on a mod and dry-burn, but not all mods have a deep enough spring-loaded 510. For example, on the Inbox v3, it would not thread on, but on the Pico 75w it went on no problem.
It's also easier to build on if you put it on a mod or your Ohm reader, rather than fiddle with trying to hold it while installing the coil, and/or wicking it.

That is why I use the MF bridge! I have both Insider v1 and MTL, but for peace of mind, MF bridge + EUC coil. I don't use the BB's exclusively but I do use them daily, same coils from three weeks ago.
Either is fine!
Basically, if I still wanted the RPG Fasttech would put the order in for the 15 that SXK can make. I'm supposed to get an email when FT gets them in stock.

Sort of like a Jimmy Hendrix 'Purple Haze' color in my mind, or anything even close is fine, as long as it's not a mauve, or leaning towards fuchsia or hot-pink.
So the RPG SXKUSBBB won't ship for another 11 days. Annoying that I had one on order already and that I had to contact them before they even attempted to get the product AFTER THEY HAD MY MONEY.
I normally don't run into this problem with Fasttech, but I guess it still happens occasionally. Oh well it's not like I don't have a BB to vape anyway.

Sort of a curious decision on SXK's part. These new ones with the USB and DNA boards seem to be selling quite well. Wonder if this is their scarcity tactic, artificially limit production to keep the hype up.
Having said that, I would like to get my hands on another one before they go the way of the Dodo bird.

If they were making <50% on each mod, but had overhead, thats a net loss. So I can see them only wanting to order small amounts...the BB is truly a niche style of vaping; I would wager BB vapers are just a blip of their sales, which includes attys, boros etc from FT.
The board alone is $50ish bucks, I'm sure they are getting a bulk discount on them but selling them for around $100, retailer making some, plus the cost of the rest of the mod blah blah blah I'm sure it's not a high profit item. Plus like you say, it is pretty niche. Wonder how many they made of each color.
Btw, forgot to mention that 3F and FT both listed the Kindbright Crossbow RBA for sale today. $13.99 isn't a bad price for it, IMO.

To me I don't think SXK has issue making anything... even from 8 years ago... its FT knowing how quickly they sell.
That, "Notify me when in stock" option we all have clicked, tells them exactly how hot an item is or is not.
Its why although as small as my 5 emails accounts are, I click on the items of old, in hopes to see it later....futile I know lol
If I had to guess how many... 2000 or less of each color.
Think about the Pre-Order options they provide...
SKX tells them the MoQ to get discounts... from 500-10000 units the discounts grow.... they pre-order 1000 of each, pre-sell some to gauge interest...add to the original order etc... The whole Point of Sale system they have instantly tells them past sales, current etc and how hot an item is.
Similar to GooberButterNuts of 67 Mods... he orders most of his mods from China... there is a MoQ he needs to hit to be profitable... and he even said that a lot of mfgs on FB use China and there are levels of how good items from China come out... pay more for better quality lol

Hi BBeeps,
Thought I’d pop in and say allo... The elusive B&W SXK panels arrived last week, reeeeeally sexy. Fit my Rev40a like magic with such a great texture. Best panels I’ve owned. (wait did I just say that?!)
Annd they just happen to match my bedspread ; P
I’m off the gearmad train, but catching up on stuff after being away for two months has been fun. I’m on a big Asmodus kick again. Picked up another Minikin V2 and have a Boost on the way (needed to find a good yellow mod because my project in France in Nov is yellow-centric.. durrrr)
And... The Colossal is perfect for me, tiny, powerful, reliable. And so are the Big Baby Beasts.. traveling a lot really changes the perspective of my perfect vape. For me now it’s least hassle, small as possible but still powerful and factory coils (wait did I just say THAT too?!)
I’ve always struggled with building anyway because of arthritis but the ease of pop & drop coils is undeniable... the authentic Smok’s are cheap enough from China if you buy em in bulk, been so nice to just forget about the tweaking & fiddling! For me at least. Been picking up all the different BigBaby colors for the Vapocalypse.... and sold all my squonk stuff.. that was a fun ride but majorly time consuming... After so long ‘quitting cigarettes’ ... It’s finally that I just wanna vape every now and then ...not make a lifestyle out of it...
Jeez. I sound like a fcukin grandpa.
Hope everyone is happy & rockin and keeping cool in this heat...
