Looks like a cross between the Odis 16 and the Origen Little maybe with some OG Goon airflow tossed in, at least on one side (can't see the other side) unless there is not a ring inside the cap and it relies on the deck to block or open the airflow
It does - from looks, I'd compare to Origen Little 16, except that it's "one-sided".
Not enuf air for me. If it was 2-sided I might be interested - I'd run air wide open, and try both single and dual coils to see. That's what I do with my teensy atties... Nuppins are like 18mm, and I run duals in 'em...

As per the videos I watched, the ultem cap has 3 holes of the same diameter as the barrel's holes, as well as a wide slot 180 degrees on the other side of it, and the ultem cap rotates independently to for adjustment to the airflow.

Comments I saw shows the 3 holes for MTL and the wide slot for DTL. IIRC, the holes are somewhere betw 2.5mm-3mm dia each so this atty seems to have plenty of air if you want it...

I'd only run a single coil. Even in my Goon v1, I only run a single coil. No interest in dual coils for me.

Yep that would be a not too tight restricted DL.
probably something I might like.
That was my thinking, that between the 3 holes that look like the OG Goon, and the slotted area on the opposite side of the cap, I might be able to find an afc position that is 'just right' on this one...

Last year I used to run my OG Goon with 3 holes wide open on one side in single-coil mode, nowadays, I am more happy with just 1 hole open or even half-open, usually with a 3mm coil, positioned so that the bottom-3rd of the coil is visible via the hole, and as close to the edge of the deck without shorting against the inside of the cap. I've found this kind of position to give the most flavor on the Goon, as well as other atomizers, for the fresh air to hit the coil first and be forced to wrap around it and go under it, without too much chance for it to go straight out the drip tip without interfacing with the surface of the coil.

I came upon this after much experimentation, and tweaked it a little after watching some videos from Oen Morten. His Njord RDA might have been a disappointment, but his info on airflow and wicking has helped me a lot.

If the authentic 'Dinky' will sell for $26, that is a good price for me, and I am seriously thinking about grabbing one.

As to the name, I will just called it the 'Swedish Vapor' RDA if anyone asks me out in public.

@So619Cal, so I know you're a big fan of Ni80 coils. Got some a while back and did a simple 28g round wire and decided it wasn't for me. I sold my Basic clone the other day and was requested to put a fused clapton build in it. I had some extra 28/36 leftover so I put it in my Hadeon. GREAT, sharp flavor, insanely quick ramp up, the wire is easily molded, and the clouds were ridiculous!
Needless to say my 316L is going bye bye. Thanks for pushing/not pushing me to try it!

you're welcome I suppose

Just make sure to buy quality N80, I drove myself crazy a few months back thinking a RSA I bought was just shit...ended up being some older N80 I had.

Even after ultrasonic baths it was really bad tasting...so I tossed the whole roll.

When I get to my desktop I'll link where I get my wire from...dude on eBay

EDIT: kingorchid on Ebay

Can't find him on Ebay anymore... so here is another place which has good prices and good wire...

Last wire I bought was 24g, 26g & 27g KA1 Kanthal, TemCo brand, off Amazon.

50 ft spools of each @ ~$4-$5, and free shipping with Amazon Prime.

So far it's working well for me, and very clean and no machine oil that I can see, feel nor taste.

Prior to that, I bought (8x spools in total) 50ft each of SS316L in even gauges from 22g to 34g for ~$16, 'Master Of Clouds' brand, also from Amazon, with free Prime shipping, and that too is working well, and no machine oil or other residue.

I've not tried Nichrome yet. So far the SS and KA1 does what I need it to do. :)

I use Ni80 from Kbee in my mechs, and SS316L from Lightning Vapes or Kbee in my TC devices. Higher powered devices get fused claptons, lower powered devices get round wire. Haven't used Kanthal in quite a while... The ramp is just too slow. I still have bunches, and I'll likely use it in older, tighter gear... Kayfuns and Billet Boxes... Someday...

I have some 28 n80 coming to try that exact thing 28 x2 x36

The fused clapton is made is a 5 wrap, 2mm ID and it came out to 0.4 ohms IIRC. The part that surprised me is that it's almist double the resistance I normally vape on an identical 316L coil, but because of the quick ramp up on the Ni80 you actually get the same vape experience.

Anyone take a buffer to the brass yet?
That;s too much work haha. When mine gets here and the brass starts to get tarnished,i'll just give it a quick wipe down with Brasso. It used to work wonders on my brass stingray, and i would let that thing go until it just looked nasty haha, but the Brasso had it shiny new looking in about a minute.

Just checked the tracking on my order from FT of 3x Pico Squeeze and 3x Luxotic silicone bottles, and it just today has landed in Chicago:

July 23, 2018, 4:20 pm
Processed Through Facility
ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)
Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 4:20 pm on July 23, 2018.

So hopefully, if the package does not get lost in the black hole at this location (as many have reported), I will get it by the end of the week. :)

Oh sweet!
How's that Pico Squeeze 2 treating you?

Pretty good so far. I'm really liking the form factor. For a 21700 mod it really is a nice size for me. Only real gripe is that the bottle is too squishy for my tastes. Menu is easy enough to navigate and I don't really have any issues with the button placements. I like it enough to get another one :)

Thanks for bringing it to my attention - been keeping my pocketbook clamped shut on new shit and almost missed it
I'm an enabler of the highest order. Although, I seem to blend in with the pack around here haha!
They didn't change anything else about it other than material did they? Sure hope not.

Very tiny. According to the manufacturer it will hold two coils. I’ll try that out later. They show three different ways that this can be built. I’ve got the 26g stainless dual airflow configuration right now. In a few days I’ll try the same coil in the single airflow configuration and finally I’ll try putting two coils in. Flavor is not bad but I just got it built and the cotton isn’t saturated well yet. Airflow is smooth. I’ll post a mini review after I try it out for a few days.

I don't know how you are going to get any air to the coil in that configuration, a little too much post interference.

LBS push the wick into an S shape, put AFC in the spaces

bog standard 2015 setup
I've built Z coils on quite a few RDA's. I was wondering how the one Papchaz built gets any air, there is not a lot of space between the wick and the post.

Airflow slots offset to the sides of the post and the wick moved a little on the airflow side. It took a couple of adjustments to get it where I wanted it but it actually works well. Airflow is very smooth.

Anyone here have an authentic KRMA? I have an Entheon, stubby cap set, and two SXK Hadeon caps to trade.

Yo Squeeps!
Been a long time mates, hope everyone is drippin easy?

Back from Europe last week and doing a little catchup, crazy how so much changes in 3 months! Missed alla youse, there’s still a stack of postcards on my desk in Paris that never got mailed, sorry! So will do that in a few months, back there again in Nov/Dec. Yeowww, too soon.
I’ve been off the vape gear machine entirely since I left, ended up just taking my eLeaf Invoke & a BigBaby, dropped the sh!t out of it in Italy, broke the glass and tried to buy a replacement at the vape shop there, €15 (!)
So instead I bought an entire tank on eBay and mailed it to my spot in London, survived on Nic gum until then, and when I got the package finally ...I had paid $40 on eBay for a BigBaby clone! •*%##!! Too arsed to make a fuss with the seller so I just ran with it. Annnd I must say, except for the lack of spares and coils, it’s the same exact tank....which has made me rethink my whole personal ‘anti-clone’ thing, and funny timing... those new SXK BB’s with the USB are looking quite fetching ; )
No big excitement over there for me vape-wise, except tried a bunch of crazy foreign juices (fcuking expensive!) ...and finally saw my white whale in the flesh, the Vaponaute Le Zeppelin.. wowww. Piece of art for sure. Surprised to see it, but it was €375 and the gold color, so no risk of purchasing. If it was the matte silver I lust after, I might have had a big problem...
I’ve been so off the radar and hadn’t been on VU until last weekend, popped on JUST as KKen had listed a WTS, and I couldn’t resist his prices (again), picked up another Kayfun Prime from him ...and now I’m all slippery-sloping, just grabbed all the BB panel variants on 3FVape.. oh fcuk, here we go again...

Anyway, sorry for the longass post, just wanted to say Bonjour!
Not sure if I’ll be on here much, work is stupid busy ...but thinkin of you all, and hope everyone is doing well..

Big Hugs,
-Le Dude

Good to see you back. And some of those panels are nice. Picked some more up this morning. There's a resident panel maker as well with nice pricing.

arrgh.. The Gbox first decided I had no batteries, so I steel-wooled some crufty connectors at the top.. Next, it boots (without neomags, which has been a requirement all week) - but with one cell.. "Check Battery". (Bite me, both cells are charged and in.. Here, try a neomag.. No? FINE, try TWO neomags)... Nope.

Time to shop a replacement regulated squonker, I guess. I can tear it apart and check it, but I'm really hating this flip-door jazz. Fortunately, the DNA's still work as well as the DS-style.
