Looks like it would perform quite good. I too think it looks like a little too much metal mass at the top, but it might need to be that tall for the taller 810's?
Overall looks like a good RTA and I like the no leak and twist top. Bubble's not too outrageous.

Well, we need to keep Mike away from the booze - only let him out for Expo ;-)

I agree it looks like a lot of metal on top & maybe not enough on the bottom where the deck screws in. But also love the top airflow not leak design, bottom glass doesn’t bother me as more juice capacity as others have stated.

IMO the Intake is good. I haven’t had any leaking for the first week of use. I can chain vape no problem. It took a little bit to get use to the restricted air flow and that it’s top air flow and not bottom. The flavor is on point for sure. I switched out the drip tip as I prefer a higher profile versus low profile. The deck is really simple to build on. I’ve had it in my pocket and laying down with the air flow shut, I’ve had it leaning in my cup holder of my truck, leaning almost laying down with airflow open while getting a quick charge and no signs of leaking. All in all, I’m please with it and glad I have it in my daily use.

Flavor compared to other rtas?

Flavor compared to other rtas?

I really can’t compare to other RTA’s being that this is my first. But with all the comparisons online, i.e. videos & articles in searching for single coil, top airflow RTA out of Themsis, Zeus, Intake and OBS Engine Nano (Discontinued) that I narrowed down to research, I decided on the Intake. I can only compare to what I previously used, which was Prince Tank (Mesh Coils) and Vaporesso Cascade Tank ( GT Mesh Coils). However, these are like comparing apples to oranges but in flavor comparison the Intake compared to what I was used to was like day and night.

I’m really looking at getting this. I’m just alittle concerned with the “restrictive airflow”. How restricted are we talking? Right now it’s either the intake or the crius 2 single coil.
I don't have Intake, do have Cruis II single and it's a great one for flavor and easy to build and wick w/no leaks. Intake looks good too for that too, but I'm not much of a fan of it's aesthetics.
I been looking at Bellerophon RTA as my next possible rta.

Take advantage of the holiday coupons and get both.;) Crius 2 single is a great rta, I don't have the Intake to compare.

Anyone got the single coil Zeus ....stick airflow half way open that’s similar to the draw you get fully open on the intake

That’s about same as one 3rd open on the nano so when they say restricted off the bat that’s what they mean :D

Got the intake in today Letitia so I’ll be putting it through it’s paces over the next few weeks
:vino:
Can you please compare it to the kylin mini flavor wise. I want to know if it's equal or better. I know it's subjective but I trust my sample buddy ;) thank you.

Thanks for the airflow comparisons. The 4mm coil in my Zeus restricts the airflow quite a bit with the slots wide open. I've run the nanos closed that far down before to boost flavor and reduce turbulence. Sounds like I would be fine with the intake.

Yea that guy in the video don’t know what he’s talking about. We had this discussion on another forum. It doesn’t have a juice control you just tighten it down and that’s where it is. If you lossened it up it would just leak. That guy in the video isn’t the sharpest crayon in the box.
Correct me if I'm wrong but that jfc looks like it has to be set before assembling the top and bottom of the atty. It doesn't look adjustable once everything is together. Regardless it wouldn't stop me from getting one and still sits on my list of attys to get.

It will move after it's assembled.
I haven't had it leak, but I just leave it fully open .
