Revenger GO Simply Won't Turn On

Gidday, thought I'd ask the forums here for some guidance.

So I just bought this device today, started it up to test it would work, just normal things I'd test.
So I plugged the mod into my computer to let it charge and then it went dead after not even a minute of charging. No clue what happened, just went to charge it with the provided cable and then nothing.
Won't respond to the normal button on input of 5 presses, held the button down for a good minute to see if that might do something, nothing.

Any clue as to what I've done wrong here? Should I take it back to the shop and see what they think of it? Suggestions would be handy to do some more troubleshooting.

Since it is Brand New bring it back to the shop and get a placement or a refund. Screwing with it will only Void your warranty.

I agree, that sounds like about the best advice. Sometimes despite best efforts duds do get shipped out of a manufacture.

Only other thing I might suggest is going to the Vaporesso site and check the security code for your device to ensure it is authentic product. Lower right hand corner has access to do that. It' read like paragraph quoted below. Got a text box right below that on the site for entering your code numbers.

Please enter your security code without spaces or dashes here to see if your product is an original Vaporesso electronic cigarette

If the vendor you're dealing with isn't selling you authentic gear, might want to change vendors. Know I would if I laid out near $100 US for a mod.

Shit happens yesterday I bought 2 32 GB USB Sticks when using the first one I got write errors. Brought them both back and said give me 2 new.

Cheers lads. Heading back to the shop this arvo.

Nah, they're trustworthy. All me and my mates checked our devices for authenticity whenever we purchase new shit just because of frauds popping up every now and then.

I do genuinely believe you're right in saying it's a dud.

Much as I dislike hearing of such happening, know it can and does. Had a Hero mod be that way with me once. I had used it fine for about a week. Then, it went kaput. The circuit board in it just fouled out. Would not fire after that. I trusted the vendor too, wasn't him that sold bad product, rather what he got jobbed out by a wholesaler. Not even the wholesaler's bad though. Sometimes duds are just duds. *shaking my head* "Go entropy, go!" *chuckles*
