I’ve ordered stuff before that’s seemingly fallen off the face of the earth only to turn up over a month later ... other times two weeks ...but for nic nacks like your after they have pretty much everything you’ll need and it’s cheap ...pay a buck or two for shipping helps I find

I really think it has a lot more to do with the vagaries of the idiots doing the shipping, than FT. FT might actually care a *little*... but the shipping idiots? They don't give a single rat's ass; it's neither their pkg nor their reputation on the line, it's just another shitty day on a container ship for them.

Its good for odds and ends, etc...
You will get noticeably older waiting on your order but that is the cost of cheaper. Also might be good to avoid purchasing big ticket items or electronics you may care about. Their support likes to haggle on RMA's, never take the first offer if you encounter this. Its super annoying and similar to all other Chinese sites of such.
