I gave away a reall good smelling 120ml bottle to Gadget, I believe as part of a trade. I didn't know how to use it so it went.

As I'm a 12mg vaper, I find the need for a little bump once to twice a day. I don't keep an 18mg loaded just to keep me on track with the 12mg. I also opened and put a 1.5mg juice in my new X-Priv I got I bought in the Trade forum. Beautiful set up. Never tried a Prince. OMG! Anyway, good thing the tank puts out. If not for that vapor production I would have poured it out. So I use it to tootle when at my desk before taking a 12mg hit.

Andria, didn't I send you a long neck red drip tip with the others?

Oh. I bought a few colored glass replacements for my Clieto last year. I've been using my pink one with my pink Pico. I have a bunch of tanks/atties that needed a deep clean so I put the glass in with the hardware to so an ultrasonic cleansing. The first few cycles with a dab of dish soap and all looked good. Then I thought I'd put a tad of vodka in for measure for the next 3 cycles. When I picked up the glass, the pink peeled off the glass - like nail polish gone bad. Maybe it's because I let them soak for 2 nights because I've been down with chest pains this last week. Also my sternum was flaring up again. Hurts like a MoFo! I finally had to bring out the Oxy. But, if you bought colored glass from Vapesoon, which is reputable and looks great, don't do what I did. I really like the look of it. I'll put another one on my FastTech list...and be careful.

Have a Subtank Plus and a Toptank Mini on the way from different places, got some Kanger SSOCC coils for them today, so yes, I've added a type of coil that I'll have to keep onhand, if I like these Kanger tanks. Not at all convinced I will, but we'll see.

Also ordered a couple more DTs from Rhonda last week. My youngest daughter has a birthday coming up, so I got her one to go on her evod, and got myself another one. Ordered regular width this time, Cherry Cheesecake, still the Rainforest shape. I like that shape. Ordered skinnier for Jessica since her devices are so small. (I've begged her to take a box mod and tank from me BUT NOOOO. Says she likes that damn evod. Ok, fine.)

I'm in a snit this evening. Can you tell?

Oh, the WTA juices came from Om Vapors. Don't care much for the flavor I tried first, but I vaped it anyway to see if I could feel anything from the alkaloids. Couldn't really tell a difference, noticed a bit of harshness to my throat (which I'm really not terribly surprised about). Will try the other flavor when I free up a tank for it. Since I'm not controlling the amount of WTA in the juice, it may just not be strong enough, or it may be that I didn't vape it for long enough at one time.

Many of my mods and tanks are cleaned an packed away- I only keep out my main mods and tanks- 2 Therion 75w with 2 Pyro RDTAs, 2 Minikin V2 one with the OBS Nano and the other the Scion Tank, the Vapor Storm Puma with the Pixy RDTA, VT Inbox with the Flave RDTA and my Nebox, that is it- LOL.
Too much clutter if I had all my gear out on the counter. I try to sell off the "not for me" gear too, gear I know I will never use.

How long have you been off cigarettes?
When I experienced frustration with vaping back when I started- I went back to the gear that got me off cigarettes for a while- it helped.LOL- those were Joyetech eCabs too at back to 24mgs of nic, I used those on and off for many months.My step up gear was the eLeaf iStick 20w with a Kanger Protank- LOL, not all the great gear that there is now.
Quitting cigs is tough and will give you momentary anger and the depression- it is your brain screaming for its fix and you have to stay strong and not give into it.Drink lots of water, stay calm- I got into Sudoku, crosswords and other puzzles, gardening and fixated on that, I joined forums anything to keep my mind occupied.

I personally love my Tritons (V1)... I have 4 of them. The negative comments I see most often are about how hard people think they are to clean. I don't feel soaking them in hot water then filling and emptying a couple times with water is that hard. IMO, the Tritons are worth keeping. However, you may not like that they look ridiculous if you try to use your own 510 DT on them. I've never used an Atlantis or Merlin tank.

@Countrypami there's nothing wrong with the drip tip, just the tiny end of it feels terrible. I've become used to wider-bore tips. That's all it is. I've changed it out for one of my blown glass ones now, so the heat problem is solved.

@SnapDragon NY I've been off cigarettes since 2011. Just passed my 7-year anniversary on June 15. I had been stuck on MTL vaping that whole time and decided to branch out to DTL once I started posting here at VU. But for the most part, I just still prefer MTL, if I'm being honest with myself. That's what that whole rant really was about. I've got a bunch of DTL tanks now, and by and large, I'm pretty unsatisfied with them because they just don't give me the flavor that my Kabuki clones do.

I could keep ordering Kabuki clones for as long as they're available, but I got sooo pissed at Fasttech a few weeks ago, I swore I'd never give them another dime of my money. So now I'm looking for MTL tanks that I can buy here in the States. It's going to be difficult if not impossible to find other tanks that work as well as the ones I already have. Now that I've put a blown glass drip tip on the Nautilus 2, it's vaping fine, has good flavor, and isn't burning me. I can deal with it.

@Ms. Trixy the Herakles tanks I have are Honors, so they are top fill. Use the same coils as the original Herakles. They aren't bad tanks, I guess just not what I'm accustomed to. Same holds true for all these DTL tanks. As we've all said before, the whole vaping experience can become so tailored to an individual, and we're all looking for a slightly different experience from our gear.

I don't have any Atlantis tanks but would say that the Tritons are definitely worth keeping. The Triton is built like a brick shithouse, seems virtually indestructible, and even though there are a lot of parts to it, the fit and finish is extraordinary. I think the problem I'm having with mine is that some of the juice I've been mixing is very, very subtle in flavor, and this peanut butter cookie juice would have been better vaped in one of my MTL tanks.

And the Triton with one of the cutout-design replacement tanks and a tiny colorful snake drip tip is stunning! Pardon me while I gush, but it comes close to being a piece of vape jewelry. I just love it. So yes, even though I'm not a huge fan of DTL, I'll keep my Triton and use it, most definitely. Just needs a fairly substantial mod to sit on, since it's a fairly substantial and tall tank.

Pami, these drip tips work perfectly on the Triton. Not all colors available, but some:

Wow! So many comments!

Pami, I don't have a problem with a lot of parts on a tank. I quickly clean most of mine unless my entire rotation needs a bath.

I SO wish I could try one. I didn't realize my Merlin is a RTA. The Atlantis, Triton and Merlin are all the same size and style but all have a completely different vaping experience. I think I'll list them on eBay since no one is selling the ORIGINAL Atlantis or Merlin RTA. Mine have no styling/logo inside. I just peeked at some videos and realized that the coil wicking holes are too small for me. I need to go full blown VG or near to it to get rid of this tinnitus, cough and chest tightness. It seems to be getting worse and worse. I realize all flavorings are PG based. But, the Atlantis and Merlin RTAs will go. I may hold on to one Merlin if I find that the reviews are favorable. As for the old, smaller coils, I can't do them. So, if any of you are interested in acquiring a Merlin RTA or Aspire BVC Tank, PM me.

I've also decided to make an attempt at speaking to vendors who make their own ejuice to see if they can make me Max VG mixes. I know there are hoops they have to follow if any juice is out of the norm. But I'm willing to pay a premium until I finish learning about DIY. If any of you would like to help me DIY, we can do a video chat.

God, I'm tired. I need to go vertical for a while.

Guess I need to spend some time on ELR to change the bases for my TFA flavors. I thought they were in VG. It's a good thing I'm not sensitive to PG, because I've been making 60/40-ish juice instead of 50/50 this whole time.

@Ms. Trixy I'm still new at DIY myself. Could probably answer some of your questions, but I'm sensitive to VG, so my juice is almost always 40/60 or higher PG. There are issues involved with getting flavors mixed into VG bases that I won't be able to help with. You might have to use some sort of heat steeping.

I saw a post just now on a Reddit page stating that Nature's Flavors makes non-PG flavors. They use VG and alcohol apparently. I've never bought them, just repeating what I read.

Also saw ejuices.com which states that they have a selection of Max VG juices, but in numeric terms, don't know what that means. I know some people use "max VG" and 20/80 interchangeably. I take it you are looking for juice that is less than 20% PG.

If you can vape custard flavors, and want to try some simple DIY, I'd suggest beginning with Cromwell's Custard. It's a very easy recipe, just vanilla custard, vanilla whipped cream, french vanilla, and sweetener, and even if you use PG flavorings, you can make a very delicious juice that is only 10% flavors. Cromwell actually uses a lot less flavoring than that - I've modified his recipe to increase percentages, and I added the french vanilla to bump up the richness. I think his original mix was about 5%.

If you like cinnamon, I have a recipe that I made up that uses only 6.25% flavors. It's cinnamon red hots, lemonade, cream cheese icing, and sweetener. Tastes like Big Red gum, bold cinnamon but not overpowering, at least to me. I'm a cinnamon fool, though.

Let me know if you want to try either of these recipes. I can post or PM them to you.

However one of the multi-colored ones you sent, came in surprisingly handy just last week -- I was wearing a peach-colored top, and thinking I didn't have a peach-colored DT, was going into the drawer for my white teflon or delrin or WeverTH it is -- and saw one of those multi-colored stacked ones, and one of the colors is peach! So I was a very happy and color-coordinated vaper, blessing Ms. Trixy.

And speaking of that green mod I bought... I think I know why those were on sale so cheaply -- they might have been manufacturer's "seconds" -- mine, the on/off switch on the bottom is just a *mite* too tall, so the mod wobbles a bit, which none of my other CF4s do. But I still like that feature, I think it's one of the best features a mod can POSSIBLY have, if you need to stash your mod in your purse or pocket.

Hi @nadalama - yes all the trial and error gets frustrating, but when you start finding faves nothing more awesome!
The "not for me" are what I sell off at least I get some of my money back instead of sitting in a cabinet.
I found I like restricted lung hits worked for me. If MTL is what works for you - awesome!
My biggest headache was finding eliquids I liked- I have some that I hate, but I didn't know that till I tried them. Some times I can mix them with others to make them more vapeable for me- others have just been outright dumpers, no way would I even be able to mix and no one I know vapes and I wouldn't inflict some of the most horrible eliquids on them if they did vape-
My hubby is a dual user and only likes grape eliquids, trust me he has tried many.

Have you all ever heard of a Wotofo Serpent Sub-ohm Tank? I just ordered one from Element Vape. Found out it uses Kanger SSOCC or OCC coils, so in keeping with my tradition of trying to find every single tank in the world that uses the same coils, I ordered one of the few that I could find anywhere on the Internet.

The coils I ordered are 1.5 ohm, so I won't be sub-ohming it, unless I decide to try the 0.5 ohm coils that come with it.

Hopefully I will have a Subtank showing up one of these days. Bought it here in the Hardware section.

I just don't like that C word used profligately -- it should only be applied when EARNED!

But everyone knows how small mites are, so yeah, it's probably understandable even if not vernacularly-common.

I also hate that newfangled expression "sick as tits." "Sick" is a BAD thing, not good, and tits are not bad things, ever.

So I guess I just happened to get a CF4 with an ever-so-slightly too tall on/off switch. Ah well. I've had good luck with most of my CF4s, so I ain't sweating it.

Efun has it available without the tank, for $35. I couldn't find any non-kits in the US at all.

I pre-ordered a month ago and these are already in retail shops. Mine hasn't even made it to the US yet.
I'm about done getting sucked into any more pre-orders.

MFS had the best US price on the kits when I ordered mine.

I've been vacillating for DAYS about 25 tabs I've had open for 2 weeks to buy hardware. I wrote all of the vendors down and closed the tabs. Wow! What a stress relief. My carts are still there and if something is sold out, I'll deal with it. We're only 2 weeks away from July 4th, so I'll wait until then. At least my carts will already be filled.

As much as b2cvapor.com has been a royal pain in my ass getting them to cancel and refund me, I'm going to purchase now. They have really good prices. The things I want are already on sale. They're so cheap, when you email them, I don't want to take any chances. Pardon me for saying this and I mean no disrespect, but it's like going to a nail salon of Korean women to get just a manicure for short nails...well, watch this....Wait for iiiit.......

I thought I hated squonking after using the Kanger DripBox when it 1st came out- horrible! I just got the Vt Inbox V3 and love that mod and it has changed my mind on squonking, I use it with the Flave BF RDTA, love this setup. As soon as I saw the Squeeze 2 I knew I had to add it to my vape gear collection.

Wow- 25 tabs- what are you buying? Many places don't hold the cart for you- I have lost out on wanted gear that way, thinking that a product was being held in my cart.
Hopefully some big sales on the 4th- I have a small FT cart ready to go just waiting for their 4th sale, hoping it is 15% off.

I am more of a sniper shopper- I set my eyes on one or two things and then scour the net for the best price I can find.
I have had pretty good luck with Fasttech lately- their shipping has gotten so much faster for me- I have had 3 orders reach me in under 14 days- a record for them, as long as it is in stock.
I just got an email from Vapesourcing that my Pico Squeeze 2 in Dazzling has been shipped- let's see how long this takes! LOL!

You were amazing, Pami. Right on top of things, bullets flying. Extremely well done considering everything you had to do. And, you won an auction item, too! I only did it because you did it. LOL And you knew I was going to after Vaping Watch. I feel the other 4 pieces of hardware were had at a great price, too. Those really older RTAs were like iron tanks. Even the COV Aris I won for $8 looks cool. Some crazy builder is going to love that one. I laid down and passed out for 30 min. I'm sure you did a flop on the sofa!

I am too. That's why I've got my carts full, check the inventory every 2 days and will pounce on them when the sales start. I even started putting things in my FastTech cart. I haven't shopped there in close to a year I think. Where and what price did you find the Pico Squeeze 2? With the experience I had with the first one, I haven't taken my Wraith out of the box. I think I'd like something more like the Sig 213 squonk or a Pulse 80w regulated. I don't want the kits, just the mods.

I will be receiving the Squid Double Barrel mod and Peacemaker RTA. Amazing mod. Rave reviews from all of the reviewers. It hits hard. I belong to their FB group. Really tight group. You have to be invited and vouched for. Eric Buss is the founder. What a background story he has of being in the Navy and much of his sales go back to the Vets. Look him and his plight up. And the DB mod is one solid piece of hardware. He also has the TAC 21 mod and a new Cheif mod soon to be released. Check out Squidvape.com or Squid Industries.

I am in Ohio... but I've been a supporter of Higgys and the GSFA for 4 years now. They do great things for the vape community. I can't support them with $$'s so I do it with my time.

Wow. I just changed the tip on my Clieto filled with Pistacho Ice Cream from TMaxx. I had the stock tip on it and I wasn't getting any flavor. I put on a short, conical resin tip Chuck made for a photo and finally! I could taste my juice! Hold on, I'll post the pic....it's the one on the right. I suck at photography.

The BF RDA is important too- I like the Flave BF RDTA with my VT Inbox- so I will be getting another for the Squeeze 2- FT has those for under $15.00-
Very nice and it is a single coil deck- you don't have to squonk as much with this Flave RDTA.

It now has me thinking, since the other Pico was pitiful, do I really want to try my first truly good squonking experience on another Pico? And yeah, the price was still $41 since the 10% off took care of shipping. Everyone is talking about the new Pulse mod and the VT Inbox. There was a pretty red with a marbleized look one, too. Maybe it was the VT or the Hcigar? I just don't want to be disappointed again.

The Flave looks reallly interesting. I like the drip tip and build deck.

This is way out of the feminine realm, but if you want a hard hitting mod and rda w/squonk pin or RTA, Check out SquidVape. After living with an extremely tactical man for 28 years who has taught me so much and we still live defending ourselves, Squid immediately resonated with me. (And there is a very pretty wrap of large silver and black snake scales to use on either SS or Black Double Barrel mods.)

Check out the Chief King RDA by Squid. It's one hell of a RSDA, as is all of Eric's hardware. I'm also interested in their Peacemaker RTA. Although Squid has come out with their own Flax coils, it takes Baby Beast coils! I will be getting much of their hardware this week. The Double Barrel mod is made of thick steel and uses a potentiometer wheel with an OLED screen to see your wattage. Looks like a mech but isn't. Neither is their TAC 21 mod.

I have the HCigar VT Inbox V3 DNA75w and it is a really nice squonk box. I bought other panels to switch out the looks.
I do not own the new Pulse so I can't comment on that one.
Squonking isn't for everyone- LOL! That Squeeze 2 in Dazzling was calling my name, so I ordered it- LOL!
Just like the Squid is calling yours! The Squid has many people here in VU that love that mod. Good choice for you.

Very true!!! Even though I vape the same flavor all the time, I found dealing with all the various parts, especially the tubing, just too big a hassle. I can easily see that someone who plays musical vapes would find that aspect even more troublesome.

The biggest issue for me is that no other atty provides the same intensity of flavor as my Achilles. I got one BF atty that wasn't too bad at all, but "not too bad" is a real long way from "freaking awesome!"
