"Tests in the US showed additives in nine flavours — menthol, vanilla, cinnamon, clove, strawberry, banana, burnt, butter and spicy cooling — slowed blood flow and increased inflammation.

Inhaled at typical levels, all slowed the production of nitric oxide, a protective molecule.

At the same time endothelial lining cells in the blood vessels and heart ended up as “toxic” as in tobacco smokers.
The tests were carried out on human
cells in petri dishes".

So I see NO ONE was "vaping" in the study.

"She also said they need to learn how much of the flavourings make it into the human body.

Dr Fetterman added: “Flavourings were toxic to blood vessels and have adverse effects that may have relevance to cardiovascular toxicity similar to cigarettes.”

Why bother to learn that when you can just dump pure flavoring on cells in a petri dish and come up with scare stories all day?
You really think they'd bother to publish a study if it found no harm?

I've said it before and i'll say it again:
ANYTHING can kill cells in a petri dish.
Spit, piss, air, someone sneezes, flavorings, etc.... - 5150

If vaping causes Strokes I should have had one already since I basically breath Vapor instead of air as long as I am in the right environment. After chain vaping while running around like an idiot today I decided to check my BOL and it was at 98 so I guess vaping works.

Exactly. Scary headlines sell papers. Or in this case, produce clicks.

And then to add insult, at the bottom of the article there's an old video of, "Vape pen battery causes woman's purse to explode at New Jersey mall". But nobody would think The Sun has an anti-vape bias, right?
