This is a favorite of mine. Get a big bird. Season it how you want. Open a can of beer. Drink half. Shove the can up the birds ass. Work with it till it will sit up. Build an indirect fire. Set up the bird on the grill close to the coals but not on them. Put the lid on and leave it alone 45 minutes.

Making ABT's and Shrimps for appetizers and Baby Back Ribs and Chicken wings for the main course~! going have 1 gas Grill going with the Charcoal Weber Kettle Grill and the smoker. Neighborhood will smell awesome~!

I had to go to 4 different places but I also found andouie sausage for the boil.

Found a nice little Italian Restaurant in Long Beach and had Linguini Pescadori which was absolutely fabulous and will be going back again~! After I stuffed my belly like a Thankgiving Turley took a walk a couple of blocks to the beach~!

Setting up in the back yard one of little PC a speakers for the sound system crapped out so had to run around to find some speakers. All I could find was 3D Sound System so now I have a Sub Woofer blasting the tunes~! Smoker is going and the BBQ;s are prepped.

LMAO... All that for 5 people?? Holy cow!... It's a shame seafood does do well as left overs.
