I have a couple of these. Both clone and authentic. And rings. And caps. lol.
It is a great little atty. Highly recommended for "medium to tight draw and focus on flavor".

1 - it precedes in design the recent 1-coil approach - as you can tell it's closer to the old style posts. You can run a dual in there if you want...I do.
2 - The afc actually works - and is quite flexible, from tight to pretty good "restricted DL".
3 - In this particular case, I found NEARLY no difference between clone for $10 and authentic for $100. Clone is quite good quality...

I'm sure much to the joy of folks here, I now return to a squonking-related topic...

Do any of you have thoughts to share about the Origen Little?

FT has a clone here for $7:

Thanks for the detailed reply and the photos.

If doing a single coil build, can you set the afc for that, or will it only pull air also from the vacant area if no second coil?

I'd likely be in restricted DTL mode, as true MTL is a little too tight for me.

Do you know the diameter of the largest air holes?

I don't know the diameter...but I'm sure it's written up somewhere...I'll go look...
The part has THREE sets of holes - so yes, you can have air from one side only by aligning the outer ring with the just one hole lined up!

Found this - with the listing for authentic ($102) :

  • Air flow control settings: 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm,or 2.5mm for single OR dual coil use

Thanks so much for all that info. :)

I have the Nudge 22, and use it mostly with the cap that has the smaller air slots.

I just measured them with the digital calipers to be 2.85mm wide x 1.45mm tall, this gives a hole of a total 4.1325mm opening.

I covered one hole completely with my finger, and the other hole about half-way, and it's much tighter than expected, but right at the edge and I can do a DTL inhale, a very restricted DTL inhale...

So I may be able to get by with a single 2.5mm hole in single-coil mode...

The little guy has better airflow than I expected. Just be careful not to block it with too much wicking, and I'll bet you can get a good vape from it with one hole full open...

Or you could get whacky and try having air come in two sides...sure, it won't hit the coil symmetrically - but you never know what's going to happen with the complex airflow inside an RDA. Could be "best ever". Ya gotta just experiment.:)

Never liked the Origen Little, reminded me of vaping the Kayfun Mini 2.1 in RDA mode.

Have a look at the Hotcig Castle, sweet little 23m RDA.

Thanks for your feedback on the Origen Little, and also for the suggestion on the Castle.

How is the build quality and machining?

Looks like the build deck is near identical to the Haku, but with a rounded top to the cap, almost like a bell cap.

Have you tried it and compared to a Haku or Entheon? Any thoughts on that as far as vape experience out the drip tip?

Does the SS cap on the Castle get hot?

Thank you. Definitely some food for thought, or 'meditations' for the Vape Church LOL.

How so?

I know nothing of ECF's history and have read very little there other than Mooch's battery info, and I do not have an acct there, not sure I will create one either...

Wow. Thanks for the info. Sounds like they have really strict rules.

Seems like if I had posted those things about Jewish culture over there, that they would have banned me.

Yep, might have moved your posts to the mudpit thread with no warning though.
The admins have no sense of humor at all.

I wound up telling one to consume excrement and expire and left. Was banned after I left.
Post I had the falling out over was not political, religious, nudity, insulting to any poster, or anything like that. What is the use to require posters to be adults if you treat them like children?

Been on boards since before the internet. First time ever banned and was grateful for it.

Also, I have a few dreidels already:

or some cinnamon streusel-swirl babka:

and will think of what I can offer in trade...any requests?
Man now I'm hungry as hell.
I think I got some leftover Kasha varnishkes I haven't exactly kept kosher in quite a few years.

In principle I get it that it's their site and their rules, but I prefer to spend time where free speech is more accepted, and of course folks are respectful and do not resort to threats or name-calling, which I've ot seen as of yet here on VU in the 3 months since I first joined, but then again my interaction here is really only limited to this thread and the Billet Box thread, so I dont know what conversations go one elsewhere here on VU.

there are some threads over here that let you do that to your hearts content.

HA HA HA ROFL

When I saw you say you were hungry and quoting my post, my very first thought was 'Kasha varnishkes' and before I read the next line, I was also thinking about some potato latkes and dipping them in apple sauce.

I was not raised Kosher, so I have no worries there, but respect those that hold to it. I just dont eat pork, not so much because it's not Kosher, but because I really detest it, and am very happy with 'other' meats, fish, poultry, fruits and veggies, and am not missing pork. Many times over the years my parents and friends tried to convince me to eat roast pork loin, but for me, it is very unappetizing and I still avoid it all to this day.

That means that there is one person's more portion of pork left for everyone else to enjoy. :)

Only thing Kosher that I consume is my DIY ejuice.
Not to say that I will not eat Kosher foods if they are in front of me and tasty.
But I love some seared decaying swine flesh.

Naah hats are not a problem with hillbillies.
They would probably want one with a bill though?

It's the little hat
Psst nope.
Think lower.

And the hat is a (Yarmulke) or (Kippah)

And just so we're clear on this there are things in the Hebrew faith worse than eating pork. You could eat as much bacon as you wanted and still get buried next to Cpt. Kirk and Mr. Spock!
But get just 1 tattoo and they won't even let you in Forest Lawn.

Hat's don't have bills they have crowns and brims.Anything with a bill is a cap not a hat.A nightcap has none of those things it's basically just a big sock you put on your head.

Perhaps Jewish immigrants were not attracted to rural areas much?
I dunno but just checked and only 13 Jewish synagogues in all of KY.
And none at all east of lexington it seems...

Just curious, nothing antisemitic or anything.

I still don't understand putting a kibosh on GM vehicles though.
It was not on GM vehicles but their commercial for a mini van with loads of entertainment stuff in the back seat.
With a line like are you tired of putting up with your passengers (show small children in backseat) with the new (I forget the name) entertainment system this will no longer be a problem. I posted it as a comment on American society.
No political parties or anything mentioned.
Apparently it hurt Retired1's head to think about it and he threw it in the mudpit with no warning or explanation.
And it was in an non vaping related thread thread.

And questioning any mods decision/actions over there is a totally forbidden thing.
Cannot question the God Mods.

Maybe when I was a little youngster and did not really know what I was eating and my father told me 'eat it or else', I had spare ribs, but the kind from the Chinese restaurant. Also, maybe back then I had eaten pork fried rice or pork lo mein,

I will admit that as an adult, once in a blue moon I will have some bacon. I consider it a special occasion when I do.

At a diner in NJ, there's nothing quite like a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a toasted kaiser roll, and dipping it in ketchup before each bite, and of course the plate of French fries, covered with melted mozzarella cheese, and then the thick brown gravy on top...but I have not eaten any of that in maybe a decade, since I am eating way healthier now as heart disease and diabetes both run in my family, and I'd rather not deal with living with either of those...

I think I remember that commercial.
He sounds like somebody that would take serious offence to the new (Vegas) commercial.

You know I just realized that there are virtually no Hillbilly Jews!
Why is that?
I dont know if I ever saw one. Maybe they are hermits and keep to themselves?

There is a community of orthodox Jews in Harriman, NY that live in a place called 'Kyrias Joel' and maybe 800-1,000 folks live there, and they do not go 'out' of their enclave much, not that they are a cult or anything like that, but more like how the Pennsylvania Dutch or Amish people keep to themselves and reject modern society and live an isolated lifestyle...

I visited that Jewish community once because one of my 3rd-cousins who was raised orthodox, and married a Rabbi who was raised there, and it felt very oppressive and like I went into a time machine back to like 200 yrs ago...

That's not a lifestyle I want to have, but yay for them for keeping the traditions alive. Whatever makes ya happy.

Guess what...Yep!
I'm a hillbilly that is half native american & half jewish.
