Just wanted to share a little bit of quick information about this company. Started having a few problems with my Revenant asking "new coil/old coil" constantly. Contacted the company by email. The immediate reply was to send it back with an assigned RMA number and they would check it out.
If upon examination it was determined to be due to my mishandling, they would charge $35 to repair. If found to be a manufacturer's defect, they would repair free of charge. Even without a receipt. (Bought mine here, secondhand)
Well to make a long story short, a week later I have my mod back and it is in perfect working order. No charge.
I highly recommend this company. I recieved immediate email responses and it was a pleasant experience throughout. Not to mention that this mod looks beautiful & functions amazingly.
Looks like I'll be purchasing a new one from them soon to add to my collection!
Just thought I'd share in case anyone was on the fence about buying anything from Cartel.
Good customer service is becoming a rarity these days & theirs is STELLAR!
