for the 'complicated' version, try adding 1% FA Custard,
I went with this version as I like the lemony tint that FA Custard adds to the mix. I had to tweak it some more as my taste buds are no where near yours. I found this to be true with most of your recipes. Either my Mandarin Orange is tired or it's not a flavor my tongue likes. I don't care for TFA's version either. I really like Flavor West's Natural Tangerine which I added to the mix. Now I can enjoy "your" Orange Creamsicle.

Funny, I was just thinking about this flavor last night. Thank you for steering me to it.

Hi.

Thanks for your posts.I ordered a scale and some concentrates and sundries, it's coming tomorrow.
I ordered concentrates for three of your simple recipes:
  1. Creamcicles
  2. Sugary apple almond tart
  3. Strawberry cotton candy
Wish me luck.

Regards

HIC's Creamsicles recipe: sweet, creamy, tasty Creamsicles, and simple to make

3% FlavourArt Mandarin
1.5% FlavourArt Vienna Cream

For mild flavor that's easy to vape for hours, use 2% Mandarin and 1% Vienna Cream.
Shake 'n vape!
Thanks for the great recipes u do. But for that one I only have orange fa so how much% I should add?
and thanks again

Start low, 1%. You can easily add more FA Orange if your taste requires it.
No one can tell you what tastes best for you.

In most cases you don't need to add flavor. Besides, HIC vapes max VG. Make a small sample of the original recipe. Does it work for you? Yes, you're golden. If not, then adjust.

Thank you for sharing your recipe. I'm adding these to my cart too now, about out of liquid and my coil is crying for a drink.

Can't wait to try this one and heart of andes. :)

I mixed 30ml this recipe this weekend and I need to mix more already! I'm gonna make a 120ml batch this time :) I've gotta get the FA Custard so I can make the extended version to try.

Great simple recipe, HIC. Thank you muchly for posting it.

Small update for Creamsicle flavors. Re-ordered TFA's version after using it a lot a 2.5 years ago. Seems like orange furniture polish now. Did a long bulk steep and kept blending it down and finally think it's usable again. Not sure if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Been slowly expanding my FA collection. Mainly due to HIC's years of work/help for the DIY community. Thanks for that!

These coming weeks will be a huge blending and experimentation time for me. Went overboard on purchases last weekend.... lol. Will start up a thread soon.

Take Care ~

I just mixed up 10ml of this to try it out. It's my first non-tobacco flavored ejuice, and to my surprise, I really like it. I mixed it at 9mg nic, and while I may try increasing the cream just a teensy bit, I can't believe that I've been vaping this exclusively for the last 3 or so hours! I didn't think I could go that long without tasting something tobacco-y! Thank you for sharing this recipe! :)

This is by far my favorite orange juice. I tried the "extended" version with the custard, but I don't care for it at all. This simple, 2 ingredient recipe, I make 60 mls at a time. It's a great break from custards and cheesecakes.

I haven't even ventured into custards and cheesecakes yet! As I've only been vaping for a little over a month now, and I've stayed with tobacco type flavors mainly because I guess in my head, that's the flavor I associate with when I get a craving for a cigarette. I guess I'm just amazed that despite this not tasting anything like tobacco, it is still satisfying my craving, which I didn't think would happen if it didn't taste at least a little tobacco-y. I love that I was able to "shake and vape" this (though technically, I used my new magnetic stirrer, because I wanted to see the little plastic thingy spinning lol!) I want to have a couple of shake and vape recipes on-hand in case I get short of juice while waiting for other recipes to finish their steep times. :)

When I switched to vaping, I vaped menthol for over two years because none of the tobacco juices I had access to didn't satisfy me, and I thought all these candy and food flavors were stupid. Well now, I can't handle the menthol anymore and I just passed the 110 flavor mark with about 30 more on my wishlist for later. Some people on here have as many as 700 flavor concentrates. The rabbit hole is real, and it's deep! :)

My flavor stash currently sits at 17 flavors (mostly tobacco and a couple of flavors that I thought might play nice with the tobaccos), but I've already started looking at non-tobacco recipes and adding more flavors to my wishlist on a couple of sites. :D I'm so glad I found this site and have started my journey down this rabbit hole, and even more glad that I decided to give vaping a shot as it's kept me off the cigarettes (quite easily too) for over a month now!
