Just bitching I guess, but ordered last Thursday. Granted it was in the evening I hoped my order would be processed on Friday. Nope. Understandable. But as of an hour ago it's only ready to be shipped. I read lots of reviews before ordering and took a chance. I'd rather have paid a bit more for faster and more efficient service. They are in no way late yet or even in the wrong but I'm still disappointed. Quitting smoking and they ain't helping lol. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Any suggestions for speedy service and decent prices?

Discount Vapers (Eric) always treated me well.
Kidney Puncher (Chris?) is also quick and helpful.
Vape NW is known for piss-poor CS, but ship fast.

I almost never deal with a US store, because I am a seriously cheap bastard, DV was great when I started out, and then - <angel chorus> - Fasttech showed up on the radar.

FT has tolerable - for chinese - CS, but I've been ordering more from 3fVape this year: the latter ships quicker for the few cents more to the next level of shipping, and their prices are comparable with FT.

I too have had good luck with 3F as well as Cvapor and Vaporl and rarely use fasttech because I hate their website.

Breazy is generally a 3 day excursion end to end (for me anyways) and seems like most of their packages originate in Cali and since Vaporider is in town if I order before 12 PM I get it the next day (usually).

At this critical step in quitting smoking it may be worth taking a trip to the local vape shop to get what you need, even at a higher price. Whatever it takes to stay off the stinkies is worth it. Congrats on making a decision and quitting.

Thanks much. I have an old pos vape pen from a friend holding me over till it shows up, which I really hope is soon. I'd write them but I've read they suck at getting back to you and the order isn't late. But if it's not on its way tomorrow I'm going to try and just cancel the order. It may not be warranted but I find this unacceptable..

Plus la to Seattle shouldn't take long. In theory at least

I have good luck with Element Vape. Usually get my stuff within a week and my order are always damage free.
They have great sales once in a while also.
I tend to order more supplies before I run out so the shipping time doesn't bother me.

Vape NW is in Washington but I never see them in the best price category. I'm quite a bit farther down here in Az and when I did order from them, I got it 3 days after ordered. iirr, in by 10 or something = out that day. They answer the phone.

It's never taken more than 4 days from element vape for me. From placing order to in mailbox. In fact, their the only site I have ordered from That has been mistake or damage free.

For those of you with positive things to say about them, right on. But im extremely unhappy with over a day to process and at least 2 days of "preshippment". Fucking dumb, as am i for placing the order.

I get my mods from them because they're the only Chinese vendor I've found that will ship via courier to this country. It's the only way I get the stuff, regular post will grab it every time. I've yet to have any problems with them. I get most of my little shit from FT due to bigger inventory.
