Guess i really do need to refrresh my nicotine stockpile, and maybe my Inawera stockpile too, for my shisha strawberry. I wish the FDfuckingA would blow it out their fucking ass. I wish some terrorist would blow DC to kingdom come and spare us all this bureaucratic fascism.

I'm in a grumpy mood to begin with, but the only source this article cites is from "ecigintelligence" which hides Their article after the first 5 lines.

I'm not digging That hard to find a primary source of information.

Smells bogus. Remember the freakout and stockpiling 2 years ago. Sounds like a great article to boost vaping sales. Yeah, I'm cynical right now.

I am familiar with the GSA.

And bidding on contracts.

Tell you what.

If I bid on the contract and win it, can I hire enough vapers to fulfill staffing requirements and sign a legally binding document to do a really shitty job enforcing these asinine rules?

I don't think you'll have much of a problem.

So more corruption to fight corruption?
Corruption is ok as long as it goes in a direction that I like?

All they need to do is turn enforcement over to the FBI - who will then bungle the whole thing and we'll all walk away scot-free

This is part of a list with some type of vaping ban or regulation. Notice that Tennessee isn't on the list. That's because Tennessee doesn't have any regulations or bans atm. We are one of the very few states.

yes TN does fall under the FDA Deeming regs.
They just do not have any additional individual state regs.
They are already under the no sale of vape stuff to those under 18 Federal law.
And even though it is not being enforced yet they are also under the FDA Deeming Regulations.

That's what I mean. Yes, the FDA has say so over Tennessee vapers. But, they aren't doing anything to make it harder on us here. This is one of the few states that the 40% taxes isn't in

I think the only Reg that KY has is to pretty much place vaping bans on the same places that you can't smoke.
No taxes yet that I know of.
But seems like it has been proposed.

GA doesn't have that either, though there are a few counties that lump vaping together with smoking for purposes of excluding it from within their hallowed premises. And some individual stores also lump it together. But on the whole, GA is pretty laid back about vaping, since there are still so many smokers here. I've talked to our congressman about it, who happens to be on the House Ways and Means Committee, and his opinion is that IF any further regs are needed, they should ONLY be at the state/local level, not federal. An GA doesn't generally go along with the whole libtard "for your own good" kind of crap -- we're one of the few states fighting Obamacare, and did not augment Medicaid.
