The only thing I can think of is to use thicker orings. Either dig through your stash or theoringstore.com. Hope you get it sorted out.

Are they both legit? Any possibility the one is a clone? Thicker O rings, in theory should help regardless. Best of luck.

You could try wrapping dental floss around the base groove, before putting the o-ring back on.

Id be willing to bet one of your Dead Rabbits is a clone, usually the one that leaks. Have seen this issue before with clone rda's
