BTW, where is the parental involvement in this?
I started smoking at age 16 and it was one hell of a lot easier to hid a pack of smokes and a pack of matches (remember those things?) than it is to hide a mod, liquids, batteries, charger and other bits and pieces of vaping.
Did not take me long to get busted as try as hard as you can, you can't hide smokers stench!

I just posted a comment to that article, about how stupid they are to try and keep minors from vape products. 
AS IF making a law ever stopped a kid from doing ANYTHING!!!!!!! AS IF kids who smoke aren't just as entitled to a great way to quit smoking as adults are!
