The connector on my Gpriv 2 started to spin and I reached out to Eunice connect where my husband purchased it and received nothing back. Anyone else have this problem? I loved the mod but in less than 2 weeks it was useless.

Never had that problem but contact the manufacturer, not the store/online store you bought it from. If it's within the 1 year warranty time frame, which in your case it is, they'll replace it for you. Never had a problem with Smok products but I hear their customer service is amazing.

I don't think any mod company is giving one year warranty periods but at two weeks you should still be good. If the place you bought it doesn't want to cooperate, I would contact Smok. If they don't want to act right I hope you purchased with a credit card, people forget most of them give you a matching warranty.

I wasn't aware of that. I haven't really used any of my warranties except once and they had a one year warranty. This was a while ago though so I don't know if they've changed that.

I just checked and Smok has 6 months warranty.

Mad vapes handles smoks warranty service. You'll be lucky to hear back from them any time soon considering how many smok mods are crapping out.

Smok has ignored my emails! Really disappointed, because I loved the mod and never had problems with Smok before. I have many of their products but haven’t had to deal with their customer service before.

You are right I never thought about credit card warranties but my husband used a debit card. Damn!
