Several of the shootings and other attacks of the last few years.. would have been prevented IF current laws were followed. FBI failing to followup or investigate... states not reporting to background check system. Military not reporting. Police and sheriff's not following up.

Why even consider NEW laws or restriction when LAW enforcement can't or won't enforce current laws?
