Toss the battery in the trash and buy a sony, samsung or lg high drain battery is THE MAIN THING to avoid unwanted problems. There is no such thing as a 50A battery. They don't exist, therefore.. the vendor is LYING TO YOU TO TRICK YOU INTO BUYING THEIR SHIT! How can you trust a vendor that has to post false information to get you to buy? In a mechanical mod, using a build that draws 50A (aprox 0.08 ohm) that battery would blow up in less than a minute if you constantly fired it. (CDR is constant discharge rate.. the amount of amps you can draw from full charge to empty without overheating the cell) And like I said.. 50A CDR just don't exist. Who did you buy from? The tooth fairy? She was likely looking to collect more of your teeth. lol.
I would go by Kingpins evaluation of the cell.. 18A and build 0.22 ohm and higher. To remain in the "safer" zone.
Now if you actually had a GOOD and trustworthy battery.. you could follow manufacturers specs..

Since you have a regulated mod.
The main reason I am recommending 0.20 ohm or higher is I do not trust the batterys internal chemistry, since the vendor lied about the CDR.
