E-Liquid and Coil changes

Hello, I am VERY new to the vaping world and just purchased myself a smok stick v8 baby kit.
I looked online and can't seem to find the right answer or maybe just wasn't looking hard enough.. regardless, I would like to know if I vape a flavour for about 4 days and get tired of it and want to change it. Do i just pour it out, rinse the coil and wick with water and put a new flavour in, or do I have to change the coil, cause that would be really inconvenient since they are quite expensive.
Thanks in advance for all the help! :)

Me i would just change flavor.... but if you want pure you will have to change coils or clean them between flavors. .. this is where a rebuilable atomizer shines...

In rebuildable you just change the wick between flavors.

If you clean with water let dry before re use. ... you can use the coil wet.. but water doesn't vape well.

Also NEW coils cost about 10 cents.

Not really, you can just add the new liquid in, most of the old liquid flavor will vanish after a few hits. The only exception is if the old flavor was a cinnamon or anise which is hard to get rid of on the coil.

Where can I get these coils for 10 cents a piece? For the smok v8 stick baby. The ones I found were 15 pounds for 5 pieces..

You make your OWN coils... you would have to buy an RBA head and some wire first..... but after that a build costs about 10 cents per coil. Could be less if you buy in bulk or a bit more if you buy Prewrap coils or fancy wire.

He was not talking about the atomizer you are using, but a RBA or RTA which you can build your own coils. Your tank now you can not build coils for, you need to buy pre-made stock coil heads.

Read this link below to understand more about different atomizers other then what you have.

Stock coils cost $20 - $40.00 per pack here in NZ. So I tend to buy my non-rebuildables from China.

Before I started building my own coils and using a RDA and to answer your question I would just clean the tank and refill the tank with the new flavor. I would try and do the same type flavor and the last flavor would be the most intense. i agree that building your own and just changing the cotton is a lot easier and cheaper but does take sometime to learn. So research and watching some videos and you will be able to build a coil and save a ton of money.

If I'm not mistaken there are RBA heads available for that tank.....

But a true rebuildable is better to learn on..... especially an RDA or RDTA. (Dripper and dripper with tank)

For me it depends on which taste i had in my tank before, i hate it when i've had a menthol taste in and the menthol stays in the new taste..
The best pure taste is when you also change coil, if you just put another taste in it will take over after a few hits but wont have its full strength.
Cleaning your wick or tank also helps alot but make sure everything is dry after you start building up again.

You can take out the current coil and put it in a baggie or washed pill bottle to use when you return to that flavor. Just use a new coil for the new flavor and repeat when you get tired of it. When budget allows get a couple more tanks in your rotation.

I'd suggest getting the RBA for your baby beast cos I don't find that baby beast stock coils really last long.
I get a ten pack of pre made coils and they last me a year easily.
Just hit the fire button to burn gunk off the coil and rewick.
If I was going for a tank in that range that takes drop in coils the cleito is better

The rbas for the smok tanks are a waste of money in my opinion. For a new vapor, the build deck is to small, and they short very easily. Spend the extra 10 bucks and get an rta, or rda,and just save yourself lf the headache.

RBA for the BBB is pretty good, hell of a lot easier than the STM rba head I learned on. Love the STM, not knocking it at all.

I had one too, mine was awful, it wouldn't register on any mod I had consistently. That and my huge hands combined with being my first rebuildable, it was just a waste of money for me...

Welcome @arcticx7 and I hope you enjoy your stay!~

If the flavor is the same profile I will just switch but I do use different tanks for different flavor profiles like Tobacco/Deserts/Fruits. Can come up with some good DIY Recipes by switching flavors and tasting a new mix!

The Smok Stick I have came with M2 coils and the BBB tank. The M2's work well with the stick.
However, you can use the Smok RBA in the tank as long as you get the taller glass so it will fit.
I tried quite a few different coil builds for it and they don't hit like the stock M2 does.
Also the RBA sucks the battery power
