Are these "bubbles" normal?

In my revenger mini, I noticed several bubbles in the area which I'm assuming is a gasket or o-ring. Is this normal? Do I have to worry about leakage? Did I tighten it too tight?

Do they seem like air or liquid?

Bubbles inside the tank after taking a hit is normal..... bubbles outside the tank is leakage.. could be condensation if around airholes.

Those bubbles look like they are wedged between the seals , not a huge concern but getting them out would require you to take the tank apart clean everything out and re seat your seal , eventually they will go away , no biggie ..
