CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME I PLACED AN ORDER ON 12/29/17 for a rsq squonk box mod. I was charged for it and the order has still not shipped and I cannot get ahold of them I’ve tried Facebook email and everything else I can think of except this so could someone please help me!!

I ordered a Kanger Drip box from Element, the only problem i had was it took a little longer for delivery. Only an extra day.
