The Dolphin is a nice starter kit. It is very simple to use. Just prime the coil, fill the pod & press the button to vape. It comes in a variety of colors black, white, orange, blue, yellow (mine came in Black)
with hands on the smaller side I was a little worried how it would feel in the hand due to it's shape but was surprised it feels pretty good. As an experienced vapor & direct lung vapor, like the Exceed D19 this vaping experience does not really excite me DO NOT GET ME WRONG the device is a great mouth to lung device that the new to veteran MTL vapors will enjoy. Not so much for the Direct Lung vapors.
the DL coil is nice & wide open (I would love to try it in a different device) but Joyetech only provides one style of pod & has a fixed mouth piece so that nice DL coil is now restricted by the chimney/mouthpiece & does not make for a good DL vaping experience. battery life was decent with both coils. The Dolphin does not have a screen & uses LED lights as a battery life indicator. The pod system is a nice feature & easy to fill & swap coils. I like the idea of having multiple pods so you can have different juices in each ( each pod has a blank label you can record juice info) & just swap pods out. Charging is via USB & with 2A capability it does charge fairly quick.
Overall it is a good MTL device & a very well done starter kit IMO it is a subpar DL device maybe yet another good transition device perhaps a MTL vapor looking to try DL but not a recommended device for the experienced DL vapor
I will say I like the idea of an all in one device that will please everyone (or Most) I think these types of devices need improvement to be good devices for both MTL & DL
