The serpent mini is a nice little RTA, and you can pull off MTL hits with it. The airflow is fairly restrictive and about 1/3rd open they are easily done.
You can also buy a restrictor kit for them for MTL use. It also fits everything else you want with a RTA

If you dont mind buying coils its still hard to beat a Nautilus or Nautilus mini.
If you want to build your own coil and want MTL on the restrictive side then check into a older kayfun.
Newer tanks all have more air flow than the older generation and for an MTL you really want a smaller style build deck which the kayfun 5 has.
The Taifun GT3 is also a fabulous tank and the easiest of any tank to wick i own..its fool proof essentially...as long as you dont build low ohms and keep power low it works well as an MTL with lots of flavor...i personally use it as a restricted DL with only a .90 single coil at 23 watts and its remarkable flavor wise with a decent cloud.

@Deucesjack I really loved all of these reviews, thank you! In one of them(can't find which) you stated that when you finished with all of this class of tank you would do a write up of your number one pick, I think. If you did and you have finished could you let us know your favorite. Maybe like first place, second place, third?
I'm getting my first rebuildable, I'm on the hunt for pure flavor, so I am going to purchase one RDA and one RDTA. These will be my first also. Thank you for all the great reviews!

There are 2 things I highly recommend for flavor and both are in Grimm Green's top list as well. First the Bushido 2 Pure flavor RDA is hands down my fav RDA for flavor. Grimm Green's exact words were "I never give anything a perfect 10 for flavor but the Bushido 2 comes closer than anything before it". It also is very unique in that it doesn't leak ever and it has a hinged topcap so u can just flip it open and blehhh ur juice in. Also, it has an umbrella above the coils so when u drip ur juice cascades down evenly onto both sides, it's really quite wonderful. The airflow is built into the posts BEHIND ur coils so it's almost impossible for it to leak as long as u build em high enough. Second, the Coilart Mage RTA which is also in Grimm's top 5 RTAs ever (sorry I respect the guys opinions and we have similar tastes lol). The Mage RTA is a tiny lil thing, I wanna say it's 22mm so therefore, with such a short and small chimney the flavor is outstanding. And the best part is that it's for sale at ecig-city right now for $10 and it's been that way for weeks now so I HIGHLY recommend picking one up. $10 is cheap enough to buy it just to try it honestly and I promise u won't be disappointed with the flavor and if u are, I'll buy it from u lol cuz I could use a 3rd Mage lol. Hope this helped
Hadaly RDA ftw. Best flavor I've had yet. Single coil, easy to build on, pretty damned tight airflow.
