I was using 0.3ohm coils last night today I'm using 0.25 ohm coils by wismec now I need your Expert opinion on if it's normal after 20 minutes of usage for it too get hot or not????

its normal for the coil head to heat up (that's how vapor is made). the more power, the faster it will heat up.
sir not the coil but tank and MOD is also getting hot any ideas or still normal isn't 20 minutes very less time for it to get hot ????

I would make sure that your battery can even withstand that much of an amp discharge rate. I wouldn't feel safe running anything around 0.1 to 0.5 ohm while using a internal, unremoveable battery. That's just asking for an explosion to me, I don't think many of those batteries are rated for a 20-30 amp discharge rate. I would probably get a 0.4-01.0 ohm coil head or buy a new dual removeable battery box mod.

Yes, it's normal for a tank and/or mod to get hot after chain vaping. You're applying heat to a metal object that is attached to other materials that conduct heat.

Ah, I know a buddy who has one of those. It gets super hot even when charging it, I don't like them. A battery should get overly hot like that. If an 18650 got hot like that people would be against it. This built in battery has more power capacity that my 18650s too. Sounds scary.

The iStick uses a 5,000 mAh Internal battery which might get warm but not hot. How warm is it actually getting and is it near the tank or is it the actual MOD?

Well like others have said the tank getting hot is normal and that heat will transfer to the MOD. It is a Triple coil atomizer so that is how it is. Not to worry and never hurts to ask questions to make sure everything is working like it should.

Do not worry about the Nicotine in the e-Liquid getting on your hands because it isn't pure nicotine. What MG is the e-Liquid you are using? I make my own e-Liquids and I got 48 MG all over my arm when I slipped with a syringe and I was more worried about the mess I made before I even washed it off. It did not burn or get absorbed through my skin that fast and I was hitting my MOD after I dried my hands. Now if you were working with high nicotine content that requires more caution.

6MG - Don't worry about getting it on your hands to be honest. If you drank the entire bottle that may be toxic, but I vape 20-30 MLs of 3 MG every day and on a rough day I might vape double that! Do not confuse or compare ingesting it to inhaling it though because the absorption rates are different! I doubt you drink the liquid though! When I started vaping after an almost 40 year Marlboro Reds habit I was 18-24 MG. When I quit I did get a little Nic sick a couple of times but it doesn't last long if it happens. Good Luck and stay strong by not giving in for the cravings!

Remember it is OK to want a cigarette, but just don't have one!

That's just crazy, $30 for 10ml. Is vaping legal there? Is it so expensive because of the nicotine? Any way to import the supplies to make your own?

Yes it legal yes because if taxes on imports all e juices are imported from USA Malaysia and the UK one can make his own if he knows the ingredients and recipes obviously I can't no time busy all day so I just buy

You're in Pakistan, perhaps looking here might offer you a better resource base as the site linked seems geared toward vaping in Pakistan. Please understand, I'm not sending you away from here at this site. No, not all. I happily welcome new vapers aboard here. :) As @pulsevape points out we all get a start by talking with other vapers and feel keen to help new vapers as a means of gratitude.

So please do feel welcome here, you might though also look at the other site, simply because it discusses everything in relation to Pakistan. Ejuice has three main ingredients if you use nicotine.

1. Propolyne Glycol = PG
2. Vegetable Glycerine = VG
3. Nicotine = N

Aside from this it also might contain numerous flavoring oils or extracts. You might only need one or two flavorings though it depends upon your taste and what flavors you desire. I can vape an unflavored base ejuice that is 80% VG and roughly 20% PG and N. I vape 18 mg N per 1 ml of juice. If I mix this up in a 10 ml bottle the math for figuring out the reciepe is easy enough.

A Simple Base Ejuice

8 ml of VG
0.20 ml of PG
1.8 ml of N (This might be in a PG carrier solution. If it is not in PG, it will be in VG. Adjust accordingly.)

The above has no flavor except what little subtle sweetness might be in the VG. I can and do vape this often. I also use it to dilute down other juices which are already mixed and flavored. This makes juices last longer for me. I also then can somewhat combine various flavors and get an idea of what flavorings I might want to buy for mixing my own DIY juices. I do this for a little while, vaping at times what is called junk juice. For me this junk juice is somewhat valued, it is learning aid.

Tovicology is a minor concern. Let me phrase this catiously, it is a minor concern in that if you spill juice on your hands you go wash your hands off before eating or preparing food eaten or given to pets. As consumers we are not given access to typically seriously concerning nicotine toxins. Granted, yes, you can buy nearly pure nicotine which is a serious concern requiring proper chemical gear to handle. It is unlikely you will unknowingly make such a purchase without due precautions and knowledge. You can though buy nicotine that is relatively safe for use in making ejuice. You still need to handle it cautiously, washing your hands after mixing.

I understand you are busy and will likely continue buying already mixed juice. Thought I would offer you a glimpse into juice making, I'm not an expert on it but do dabble a little for myself only. The reason I show you this glimpse is to show you another possibility, which might save you some money, if you so choose. There's plenty of juice making experts here and possibly on the Pakistani site I linked to above. Folks often don't mind sharing reciepes, tips, tricks in doing juice mixing. Something to consider, possibly. :)

Please excuse me, off to bed now as I see my time here is 4, nearly 5 AM. I am in EST zone. :)

@mutee you might want to look into if some of the Inexpensive e-Liquid companies ship to your country. Like Broke Dick has 240 ML for $22 USD. Even with shipping I would think that is cheaper. Good Luck!

Try looking at Ecblends. They offer sample size bottles, 5 ml for $2.50 USD. This will give you enough for possibly one or two tanks, enough to get a good taste and see if it suits before you order larger quantities of their products. I found that their Virginia Flu Cured tobacco flavor to me expressed the flavor of a Marlboro Red cigarette tobacco, this of course is subjective, you or someone else might think it tastes like dung. ECBlends is rather affordable but also do have high quality standards. I will suggest their advice in trying sample bottles first. That saved me lots on starting out and let me pick a few choice flavors I enjoy.

Please understand I may not be the best in offering a good idea about flavors, or smells. I have a congenital medical condition which means I have no sense of smell and limited sense of taste. I have no olfactory nerves. They did not get packaged in me from birth and some of my wiring inside is hooked up oddly. :) I'm alright but often need to defer to others in matters of odor, taste.
