So I'm pissed as hell! I bought a Predator 228 kit from eightvape on 8/14. On 9/12 I contact them to see if I was inside the return period. Low and behold I am!! Just 2 more days and I wouldn't have been. So I generate a ticket on the 12th and they'd sent labels Monday night and I shipped it yesterday. This is a freaking week later and I get an email today saying they aren't going to replace it because I'm outside the return period! What the hell I was within it when I called and reported the issue!! Their return period is 30 days from date of purchase not the day you receive it. And you can't get a human on the phone EVER!! This whole time I've asked for someone to contact me, didn't happen, and it's like they do every thing in their power NOT go deal with customers on a personal level. Guess that helps when you know you're going to screw them over!

The issue was the firing button was faulty I guess. It got worse over time and then just stopped. Don't waste your money on the Predator and definitely avoid eightvape with big dollar purchases!! You won't like their business ethics!

Ok rant over for now. I feel some better but does anybody have any suggestions for dealing with this situation??

for responding Steve! It was a prepaid card so I'm not sure I can do much there. You said 90 days? They only give 30 and that from time of payment not from when it's received whick kinda sucks. If they wanna do business this way they can drag most anything out and never have to honor their policy!! I'm just sick! And highly pissed!!

Well there is always contacting them and telling them if they do not do right by you that the Internet is really good about things going "Viral"! Then the old saying one bad thing spreads faster than all the good you have done. Wish I could be of more help. Good Luck

I'm just curious if you messaged them back reminding them that at the time you called you were within the warranty? Or that not replacing it was "unacceptable"?
I ask because I was a customer service manager for 8+ years. In my experience, either one of those responses would make me replace it.

Thats just it! I can never get a live body on the phone and have responded via email and even submitted a new ticket to make sure I covered all my bases!

I own a vape shop and haven given tens of thousands of dollars to Eight Vape & my sales rep used to be great so much so my shop bought her a coach bag for Xmas . Now I bought a Flawless Tugboat DNA250 in 37 days it broke by no fault of mine just a odd occurrence and I spoke to my sales rep on 12/21/17 she pulled a navy blue/silver DNA250 replacement so I shipped my broken back on 12/22 and now from 12/22-1/13/18 I fall and fall and call and email etc NO ONE WILL RESPOND. Then Geri my so called sales rep tell me to be patient lmfao she will check tracking for me and keep in mind I don’t have tracking info. I now ask for herbboss and Geri says what was my order number this refers to and then I’m now furious bc this means she’s. Liar never shipped out replacement to me and now not only won’t give me tracking but won’t respknd to my email or call or will give me her bosses number .

To put it simply my sales Rep stole a $179.00 retail DNA250 from me and my shop and now thinks I won’t do everything in my power including worst case flying out to Vegas. So 2 things

If anyone HAS A NAME AND NUMBER TO GERI DUENAS OVER AT EIGHTVAPE WHOLESALE PLEASE LET ME KNOW

2nd if they will roll the dice to lose a shop account who spent 36,000 from June/17- today so they can pocket a free DNA250 I strongly urge anyone TO NOT BUY RETAIL BC REACH OUT TO ME, my vape shop will ship out to you and I promise you won’t get screwed bc we know how it feels

Nothing I wrote is slander I have a email chain to back up every comment which I wrote but seeing this trend I thought to share my 911 Eightvape red alert situation and to urge all too stay away

Attached is a quick photo shoot showing Geri 3 times staying my dna left and since 1/5 holiday delay it’s now been 26 days I still don’t have mod or tracking

DO NOT BUY FROM #eightvape they will take your money and will never send you your order.
I made an order over a month ago and after weeks of back and forth runaround this is what they said
"According to our records, you purchased USPS' First Class Package Service and unfortunately, that does not come with insurance. Therefore, USPS could not reimburse you."

USPS never received my order. #eightvape never dropped it off at the post office. Instead of refunding my money for the order they said too bad.
Do not order from #eightvape they will steal your money!

Over the past two years their customer service has really gone to hell. What a shame. I refuse to ever shop there again...I have standards and will pay double if I have to...

USPS never received my order.

That is BS because this proves USPS never received and since they will not make it right time for a Charge Back. That right there is proof enough for my CC Company.

So I contacted them right away. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted to exchange the unopened 3 e-juice flavor bottles to a different flavor. They took forever to respond to my email so I decided to call them. They spoke with management and they told me I couldn't exchange the unopened bottles I just bought!!! I have been vaping for several years now and I have been to many different vape stores and this is the only place that has a no exchange policy. It's so deceptive because on the page where you make a purchase, it should say there are no exchanges. I have several friends that stopped buying from them because of their strict policy. I have found a website that has much better customer service and policy than this one. Other companies usually have discount/promo codes where this one usually doesn't. If you are looking for a great vape shop with really great deals, go to www.westcoastvapesupply.com

You may have good luck with West Coast but I have not.
One of my orders last year never arrived. I received no tracking# although they said it was shipped. I requested the tracking and they would not respond.
Another instance I ordered 8 bottles of juice and 1 of them leaked all over the box. Even the outside had juice seeping through.
Sent them an e-mail with photos, tried calling and never received a response.
Glad you get good service but keep your fingers crossed!

Overcharged on order of $40, a "CA vape excise tax of $17.25 on a $40 order. That tax is supposed to be 12.5%, meaning $7. Also they charge a USPS signature fee of $7.50 and USPS did not ask for a signature. Just dropped in my mailbox
