i'm sure you've seen oh so many of these threads but i need a new sub ohm tank (i have no patience for rda/rta etc)

here are the tanks i've owned and i will list the cons that made me put them down for good

tfv8 cloud beast - coil life was terrible to me/got burnt dry hits randomly even after not vaping it for over an hour after previously vaping

tfv12 - same as the tfv8 (p.s i only used the q4 coil since it was for flavor)

horizontech arco subohm tank - i honestly wasnt impressed with the flavor, i've gotten better flavor from other tanks BUT i never got a dry or burnt hit with it. huge pro for me. tank also leaked when it got too hot for some reason.

aspire cleito 120 - this is what i am currently using but the coils are flooding when i open the top cap to fill it no matter how many coils i try. i guess its time to retire the ol girl. also get dry burnt hits at just 100 watts. idk why my luck is so bad. latest coil got some burnt hits after 2 days.

freemax starre pure - this was my absolute favorite flavor tank flavor wise but again with the dry burnt hits after a couple days. i have no luck with these coils wicking properly

innokin isub apex 5ml version - this was my favorite tank all around (flavor and lifespan) with their ceramic coil. used to vape it 70-80 watts even chain vaping and it kept up like a champ. dropped it at the playground and got sand in it and couldnt clean it out

uwell crown 1 - i actually don't remember why i retired this tank. drip tip wasnt my favorite i remember that.

so the most important features for me in a subohm tank is firstly the flavor. i am a flavor chasing hog. second would be the ability to chain vape/vape normally without dry burnt hits. thirdly i like higher wattages when i vape. i like feeling like im hitting a xxxx when i vape lol.

from what i've been reading the freemax fireluke is a winner winner. i don't trust the crown 3 or valyrian because ive been reading a bunch of bad stuff but im also weary of the fireluke because of my starre pure experience. i might just have to grab an isub apex 5ml again but the fireluke looks like it will fill my lungs the way i want much better than the isub 5ml

also yes i do juice my coils up very well before assembling the tank and i let the tank sit full of juice for close to an hour if not longer before i pick it up and go to town so those dry/burnt hits are inappropriate in my opinion lol.

any help would be much appreciated. i want to stop these cigs soooooo bad but my vaping experience hasn't been the greatest aside from tasting delicious juices. thanks for reading everyone. much love <3

edit: oh one last thing. i'd like to know some good websites to order coils etc from. recently i've been trying vapordna but i'm not thrilled with their shipping speed. all their comments on products praise their shipping speed but it has always taken LITERALLY at least 5 days for my order to come to me when i chose standard shipping. i live in USA, Illinois

I'd seen mostly good stuff about the Uwell Crown 3 so I've got one in the mail. myfreedomsmokes.com has a special on them right now for $18 (though color choice is getting limited). Also, if you sign up as a new customer you can use a coupon code to get 15% off your first order. Just make sure you sign up first and then put stuff in your cart, otherwise the coupon will not register. myfreedomsmokes.com is in North Carolina and I've been getting my stuff from them in 2 days via USPS here in Ohio (so I'd think you should get your in 3 days).

The Crown 3 should vape in the range you are looking for and it seems like most reviews I've seen are positive.

Also, I did get an Eleaf Melo 300 last week and so far it's been pretty solid. The vape is similar to the Cleito 120. Flavor is good and I've been running mine around 90-95 watts. Depending on my mod, I'll also have it run at 135 watts for the first 1.5-2 seconds which helps to "jump start" the coil. Otherwise, at a straight 95 watts it takes a couple seconds of firing to really get cranking. I will note that if you take 6-7 good pulls in the course of a couple minutes, you'll want to give it a rest for 5-10 minutes. The top doesn't give me trouble but she will start to get pretty warm/hot around the base and on the top of my mods.

The local shop told me to stay away from the Fireluke because it was too similar to the Cleito 120 (which I had just gotten done telling him how much it gave me trouble). Therefore I went with the Eleaf Melo. My wife still hangs on to her Cleito 120 (she doesn't vape much and she does it nic free) and I tried it the other day and it sucks. It spits all the time and the vape just isn't any good. Since I'm a nice husband I went ahead and bought her a Crown 3 (can't go wrong trying it for $18 IMO). I don't know what it is about the Cleito but they just don't last long and it doesn't matter how you handle the setup of installing new coils. It's going to let you down. Good luck.

For coils, try vapenw. Fair prices, and fast shipping with most popular coils in stock. As for tanks, I would try the RBA base that comes with the Cloud Beast and Beast King. I have had good luck with my Beast tanks and Crown 2's with the "V4" coils. Maybe try an RDA.
