personally I think vash was very calm and reasonable. and as someone who has traded with him before, I always found him to be a good seller and stand up guy. never any issues at all

Dont go trying to pull credit and a rep from some account on a different website either that dont work. You could easily be poaching an upstanding users username and trying to pass it off as yours.
Once on a different forum of which Im an official refugee, some new guy was trying to sell a couple mods. Said that he had a great rep and profile on Ebay... He included screenshots of MY damn profile stats. Trying to poach MY rep.

What a shit show. Seller couldn't manage the pics, couldn't follow through with a purchase, communication was clearly garbage, and then took forever to refund after deciding not to complete the deal. I think if Vash had not posted in the local FB group then it would had just been a hit and run over a measly 13 bucks.
Also my experience with Vash was nothing but great. I think the OP should ditch this account as was suggested and try again when they know how to adult.

Obviously you misunderstood. It's not about the $13. What if you bought the Mini G, which I would have if I had the money, and the seller promptly quit communicating with you after payment, even though they were getting on the forums no less than three times, and didn't ship? Yeah, go ahead and not trade with me, I appreciate it. My reputation is well established here and you are doing a bang up job, with posts like this, establishing yours. You obviously have the same mentality as the OP. For your information nothing I sent to Vape Court got published due to still trying to resolve the issue with her. Feel free to purchase from her! That's all I have to say on this matter because it's resolved and closed.

It is a private group on Facebook that you can take a situation to and get a ruling of the group peers as to who is being done wrong and if found serious enough the "guilty" party is added to a list of scammers. They also try to help get resolution before they add a person to the list. If I'm not mistaken, the list is able to be viewed publicly.
My submission didn't get past the Admin review and get posted for peer review/ruling (last time I checked) since it was resolved. I posted that we had a resolution so hopefully it shouldn't ever get posted. I plan on popping in from time to time to make sure it doesn't go any further.
The Hall of Shame on VU is similar in nature with respect to taking an issue there and seeing what the peers on VU have to say about the issue. It too is a means of getting input/resolution to an issue.
Since the OP is a member of a lot of Facebook groups, where she is trying to sell Vape stuff, I thought going to Vape Court would me more influential in encouraging resolution.
All I will say about the OP is that with me she failed to communicate in a timely manner and she reacted volitilely when it was brought to light. She resolved the issue so it should be put to rest.

I liked it because I can't mark it as funny. While it may be fun or funny replying in likeness to a flaming post we are not in the VU Mud Pit here. This thread has gotten way too crazy and I don't want to see more crazy being stirred up. Unfortunately way too many posts got vicious and uncivil (and even childish) in my opinion. But consider the source (me) as I'm an older guy that has different (old school) way of thinking.

All I can say is she would be best served in asking a Moderator to close this thread and start fresh with a new one while learning from this one. She has the opportunity to redeem herself and she did make it right. Hopefully she has learned that she needs to communicate better, follow through with her commitment (or communicate she had something come up that prevents her from meeting that commitment), communicate promptly, and communicate more civilly. The key takeaway is good communication.

Not the first time I've delt with an angry female who was trying to make me look like a bad guy. Went through something much worse 1999-2000 when what became my ex-wife decided she didn't love me any more and was having an affair. When she decided to file for divorce she became very vicious, attacking, and bad-mouthing. I just told everyone that she has to live with what she has done and in my belief ultimately answer to God. I also told people that you reap what you sew (some people call it carma). So while it may be difficult to maintain composure while you are being attacked, in the end the world is a better place if you do. Sorry if this offends anybody, it's not meant to.

Additionally, in all fairness to my ex-wife, in 1999 I went into severe depression due to a medication prescribed by a Doctor. I wasn't a joy to be around and she couldn't deal with it. It was ultimately overcome with going off the medication that caused it, going on medication to address the chemical imbalance, and counseling to help me find constructive healthy ways of dealing with the depression and divorce. I've been off antidepressant medication and counciling since 2001 and living a depression free happy life since. OK... enough of this dribble. This isn't a freaking Soap Opera or Dear Abby. Just wanted to make sure y'all know that I know there's two sides to a story and I'm not oblivious to the other side.

Glad it got resolved.
Looking at the quantity of stuff she was trying to sell, it may have been too much to handle for a first sale. Not making excuses for the seller at all, but she may have bit off more than she could chew. Probably would have been a better idea to list a few things and get them sold proper before trying a mass sale. That would have given her a chance to build some positive rep first, and prove her intentions were above board.
Really don't see how somebody is going to make life-changing money by scamming folks over a few bucks in vape gear so that really doesn't make sense to me as a strategy. Still, handled very poorly and leaves the buyers wondering what the hell is happening, especially when the seller is active but not answering PMs. That would piss me off as well, on principle.
Again, not condoning the seller's poor selling skills and mishandling of the deal - there is no excuse - just thinking that the the potential profit of the (alleged) scam buys a box of candy bars, so it doesn't add up. I think it's more likely she was in over her head and completely effed up the sale.
