@Breazy_Com has been absolutely wonderful! They sold me the Asolo originally. The iJoy manual said to contact the Vendor that sold you the Mod if you forget your password. So I did. He told me that iJoy never gave them information on how to address this situation. So,
@Breazy_Com sent me a used functioning Asolo that his son no longer used as a replacement. Not only was this done, even though the Asolo was out of the warranty period, he declined letting me pay for the cost of mailing it to me! That VU family is customer service way above and beyond!!! I can't say enough good things about
