Volts/Ohm/Watts chart

Pardon my idiocy, but I don't understand this chart. I'm new to vaping, and I want to get the most out of my setup without exceeding its safe operating limits. Please bear with me here...I have an iTaste MVP 2.0 mod which has variable voltage and wattage. Currently attached is a clearomizer rated @ 2.0 ohms (according to the MVP readings). Am I reading the chart correctly when I say that the optimal (and safe) wattage is 8.0 - 14.6?

The MVP has 11 max watts. According to the chart, 8.0 watts is at the low end of the optimal range. And it appears that no matter what ohm rating tank I would attach to my MVP, I would be safe operating @ 8 - 11 watts.

With a 5 volt limit on the MVP2 you couldn't actually achieve 11 watts with higher than 2.2 ohms. It may let you dial it up but actual output it will be limited by voltage.

Right, I hadn't considered the math. Thanks for the reply!

My main concern is that I am interpreting the chart correctly.

you can just use an Ohms law calculator for sub ohming. Does your device read the battery power, if so this would be all you need.
Add the Battery level, then add the Resistance, hit calculate and it will tell you the watts it needs, then you can go a little under and or over to suit your tastes.

Here is a chart I have found.

That calculator doesn't seem to allow ohm values <0.10. There are mobile apps that do, if anyone is interested (in App Store just search "Ohms law").

Could someone please explain how to read this chart? I need to understand this if I'm going to build coils right?

i think what the subohm chart says is that the most efficient ohms to have a build at is .7 ohms, so if you wanted a dual coil setup each coil would have to separately ohm out to 1.4ohms

different places say different thigns. steam-engine.org says that the idea ohms for my sigelei fuchai 213 plus is .23ohms.
