Gee, finding my favorite apple flavor is a time consuming process:giggle:

Flavor wise, most of them can be transformed into one another by adding EM and malic acid in various amounts. However, once you start messing with Fuji, no matter how much EM and malic acid you add – you'll get Fuji in the end. Sweet Fuji, sour Fuji, shitty Fuji… It's gonna be Fuji, period.

Personally, I prefer sour apples like Russian Antonovka. Problem is, in 99.(9)% of recipes "sour apple" means Fuji + malic acid… :blech:

I really like the CA Fuji, most authentic apple (not apple pie) I've found. I usually add a little DIY Flavorshack "Sour Apple" and get a very good Granny Smith flavor. Good luck!!!

not bad :) it smells like the FA fuji so I was a little bummed because that one easily takes over but I was pretty surprised by how mellow it is. I definitely could use this as a blender or even by itself but thats just boring lol. I bet it does make that double apple way better I was a little disappointed in that one

If you mean INW Two Apple, adding some FA Fuji worked for me.
EDIT: (in some Cider)
INW Two Apple 1.8%
FA Fuji 1%
FA Caramel 1%
FA Amber .3%

Simple & tasty.
that looks pretty good. Ill have to give it a try sometime. I was talking about the caps flavor. to me its pretty mild and watered down tasting or just not what I was expecting

Many Thanks to you and The Cromwell for straightening me out.

I usually don't mix up any cider juice until early Autumn. Seems like a nice seasonal type juice for me.
