RIP Trippers is claiming best RDA of 2017, seems impossible to find info about it outside of his video but here it is:

Seems cool enough, but I feel like he's only calling best RDA of 2017 because it's his deck design from the Pharaoh and he's a Geekvape fanboy.

Kind of like a Plume Veil / Tsunami lovechild. It seems promising, I do plan on getting one, but I find the best RDA of 2017 claim to be a bit.. LOL.

A. It does look interesting.
B. Love this deck style.
C. The single chimney bottom airflow is too narrow IMO, should have made it a 2 chimney Kennedy style airflow.
D. Manufacturers are running out of names.

I don't see very many 'style' clones of things under $50, so I wouldn't get your hopes up. $34 is cheap, it doesn't need to be cheaper. I paid $80 for my Modfather 41mm RTA and it was worth every penny. Craftsmanship is key, and most clones just don't have it. Granted most authentics don't either.

I own over 40 RDA's, 25 RTA's, 10 RDTA's, 5 Sub-Ohm Tanks and over 30 mods. Shit better damned well be unique and high functioning if I'm buying it. Everything is the same rehashed bullshit these days. Nothing is new, just an amalgamation of past designs.

The funny thing is that e-cig helps quit smoking .It seems though that it became a method for Chinese to make big money .:)
IMO the latest new thing was TC by Evolv .Everything else is marketing and big clouds

Yep, means "wind" in persian. I kinda like it. Except for the bottom airflow nozzle thingy

Definitely doesn't look like an RDA you can just squirt it down the drip tip which kinda sucks and if they're going that route, 2 stovepipes would have been better IMO

I think it looks rather cool actually. I only have a couple RDA's at the moment and am in the market for a nice single coil RDA to test my DIY juice on. I did find another vid that was just posted yesterday regarding the Govad ....

I read somewhere that it should be hitting stores on Mar. 20th. It will be interesting to see what SLOWTECH has it listed for. ;)

Actually was just reading that the PRE-ORDER is shipping out on Mar. 20th from China. The expected date in stores is the 31st I believe.

You can use single, dual and even triple or quad (if the coils are hella small) coil builds in the Govad due to the deck and airflow style, just like on the Pharaoh. The new Pharaoh RTA seems to only work well with single coils though, that thing looks like the dictionary definition of a gimmicky, almost cliche RTA though.

The Peerless RDA by GeekVape looks pretty cool as well. And it's at a great price point.

Looks like it would hold a ton of juice and it comes with the Squonk pin should you need it or want to upgrade to Squoking later on. :D

Should have called it the Gonad.

It makes sense when you know what Govad means tho
When I scanned the post title, I could have sworn it said gonad. It's only a matter of time let's face it. The Gonad RDTA from GeekVape a vs The Testicleeze from Steam Crave

Got the Govad finally and it leaks like a sieve, will have to take apart the deck to see if an o ring is missing/torn or if something was assembled incorrectly.
Only the bottom airflow open is not open enough for me (as I expected) and with the side airflow also partially open the flavor is diminished.
It really annoys me that when you remove the top cap you need to readjust the side airflow.

So in one word disappointment.

A product endorsement by RipTripper should pretty much be looked at as a warning not to buy it.

But does it chuck tits? ... Hell idk, but I chucked it across the yard, does that count? :p

Unfortunately there's only so much that can be done differently. Juice well/tank, opening for juice, air, posts. End of story. Since it's been a cash cow they keep producing more and more. Probably because so many are consumers (aka gluttons) and so long as people keep buying by the metric ton for a slight change (flathead to hex screws) they'll keep pumping them out.

It's like a tire, how much can really be changed? It's round and it's rubber and has grooves to get rid of the water or knobbies to grip dirt. Ours has super duper water shedding grooves! But ours has even superer duperer channels for shedding water! Do any of them entirely eliminate hydro planing? Nope. Some last a little longer than others, some are a little smoother but that's more about QC than anything. Change in materials and attention to detail, not because one has chevron tread and another has herringbone.

Not knocking new stuff, I get a kick out of new ideas being implemented. Some are better on paper than reality. There's really only so much room for creativity or innovation though so after the 100's of atty's out it's not surprising so many are similar.
