Coil Advice needed

I recently got a 80w TV smok. I keep burning thru new coils in 3 to 4 days so I Bought the cloud beast King and I'm using the v12-x4 coil. I primed it. Filled tank. Let it sit for 30 minutes or so. Hit it and it tasted burnt. I'm pulling 3.3 to 3.7 volts. With .16 ohms and 65.1 watts. With normal temp. What am I doing wrong??

Hi ya.

What's your pg vg ratio and are you certain you primed your coil enough?

In saying that I to had a burnt taste from my 12 at first but dropping a drip onto the wick solved this.

The real issue with the 12 is heat! I would assume for flavour greatness you might need a mod that will fire over 170w but I have been wrong before.
Personally I dislike the tank because it get hot like a volcano! It looks fabulous tho!

rule #1 start at low power and work your way up. This A) lets the wick soak up juice and B) more importantly, prevents cooking a new coil on the first hit.

Another good idea is take some drags on the tank without hitting the fire button. This helps pull some juice into the juice port holes on the coil head.

I can be very hard to diagnose what's wrong with coil heads because sometimes it's just bad coil heads from the factory. China vape manufacturers aren't very well known for consistency and quality control.
