Anybody here Bag this yet? I just bought one last night and am looking forward to trying it out this weekend.

I've actually got two but have yet to put a build in either one. I've been in wonderful bliss with my Modfather RDA, she's such a wonderful beast!

That's kind of a trippy looking build deck, definitely different compared to most I've seen. I'm not sure if there's enough height within the cap but looking at the top right build done on the diagonal in the left side photo, looks like another coil might fit over top of it diagonally the other direction. Power loss on the leg lengths may make it impractical and have the coils heating up a bit uneven but would be different.

In his hypothetical mounting of one of the coils mounted diagonally above the other. The top coil would have significantly longer legs leading to a difficulty balancing coil heating.

Why would you build it like that? Makes zero sense.

It was his idea not mine, he pointed out the drawbacks to doing it that way which you questioned.

lol, I actually had the same thought for a second.
Since the "upper" coil would have longer legs, you could just use different coil IDs to resolve that.
May take a few tests to find the perfect "match" but would look sweet.

While not "normal" or practical, it's damn sure be different.
I'd try it just for the hell of it.
Come to think of it I may on something this weekend just for shit n giggles.
Maybe the Ijoy Combo.

It's actually a bit like the Vaperz Cloud Prophet, I really love those RDA's.

If I got some time this weekend (I work weekends) I'm going to spin up some wire and put a build in one.

i ordered a clone of it to test it out. got it a few days ago. haven't built on it though

The build deck would work well with a single coil, just like this crazy 5.25mm single coil I popped on my Prophet a while back -

Only been a day but I've been quite liking it so far though a few niggles. Bottom o ring is a little looser than I would want with an RDA that uses the barrel as it's juice well and the o ring on the top cap is too stiff on it which leads you fight pulling off the cap without pulling the barrel with it. Also get quite a bit of condensation on my mod from it.

Plenty of room in the thing for normal coils (running 6 wrap 28g fused claptons) but I can see you struggling to put some massive wire into it. Which is kinda weird as the holes are fucking huge that could eat some massive aliens.

It's not no MTL flavor chaser but it's at least on par with the Goon while giving some great clouds. You do need to rock it all the way open though as at least on mine, as soon as you start closing it down, it gets really turbulent and added whistling.

Quality is top notch and after almost an hour in the sonic, no flaking with the matte gold.

For the $52.50, I'm pleased with my purchase.


edit: also, as long as you figure out on how long the legs should be, it's one of the easiest RDAs I've built on and makes it super fast in swapping cotton

I've had this RDA for about a month, have 3.5mm dual fused claptons in it, flavor is pretty good.

Starting to really hate the CSMNT engraving on the ultem drip tip, its the prime spot to collect all of the lip crud
