The Pico is nice. Do not know about the Melo3.
If you are a beginning vaper switching from smokes I think the tank may be a bit too much for you though.

I currently added a Pico in my vaping rotation. I really like the device. However, I bought the Pico without a tank. I'm using a Eleaf air tank with a 1.5 ohm coil. I'm a MtL vaporer and it works.

The Eleaf Ga Air or GS Air 2 tanks are excellent choices for those just quitting smoking and starting to vape.

We need more information.

-Is this your first vape?
-Are you getting it because it's compact?

These super mini mods are nice, but of course battery life is always a concern. best to use a high resistance coil so your wattage remains low and doesn't draw so much current.

I used 2 device. My last device ego aio one and i dont like it.This device is good for me beacuse i need choose low prices devices. Thanks for your comments

I use an istick pico and love it. No major complaints. Only thing i wish, longer battery life. But its a single 18650, so it is what is it. The only thing I've done is, set the melo 3 mini aside and bought an aspire cleito. Also bought a few Sony VTC6's to have on hand so my pico never dies.

At 40-50 watts, a battery can last me most of the day. Im not chain vaping or anything though. Just make sure you purchase a good high drain battery..... Sony, LG, Samsung.

Yeah I'm not surprised you didn't like the eGo Aio. Not a lot of airflow, small coils, lousy battery life.

It depends on how much you vape with regards to battery life. The capacity of batteries to hold a charge is measured in mAh, short for milliAmphours,

Since you're worried about battery life, there are some that hold as much as 3400 mAh of chrage, and will last longer than the typical ones that hold 2500-3000mAh. Go with a REPUTABLE BRAND (LG, Panasonic, Samsung) or you'll be stuck with a battery that doesn't actually hold as much charge as it says it does!

I say yes. I run a 3000mah MXJO battery; last about 8 hours for me at 40-50w with the original Fremax Starre. Fyi, if you get one with silver parts the color wears down to bronze on areas you touch the most. On another thought, the new SMOK Alien mini also looks good at about the same size. Been planing to get that one also.

I've gone through numerous non-adjustable pens and then a Kanger Subtank. I use a Pico with a Melo3 now, and it's by far my favorite kit that I've used. My brother has some Smok tanks that I like, but I haven't tried the one that fits the Pico. My ONLY complaint about the Pico is that the battery cover can block some tanks that might otherwise fit. Still, the Melo3 that came with my kit is rad, and I have no need to change out.

I'm a low wattage, vaper and I love my Pico. Mine didn't come with the Melo tank, I just put my own fave tank on there. I get more than a day from mine.

Ok...I have the Pico with the Mello 3 mini. Love the Pico and bounce between it and my Alien.

With the Melo tank I found the flavour muted....that is until I put in the cCell ceramic atomizer, then it woke up big time.

I would get another one. As a matter of fact looking at the Pico squonk box

God luck on what ever you decide what is best for you

I use my Pico daily . I use a super Mini Tank on it and my Baby Beast. Both are great tanks and work well.

Was my first mod, i still regret selling it because the size made it so easy too carry around. I got hyped into going bigger wattage by the local vape shop.

I really do rate the Pico highly, especially at the price it is available at.

It is one of my favourite single 18650 mods in the collection, and at the moment is being used with a serpent mini tank. At around 22W, it lasts me for the day with a 25R or HE4. If you are using it at higher wattage settings, it obviously won't last as long, but I find the life to be good for a single 18650 mod.

I think you will be very pleased with a Pico.
