A friend of mine told me that steeping of fruit based e liquids are a week, no more needed. I made a juice with banana, strawberry and dragon fruit, 85/15 (yes, I love clouds). So, how long should I wait? Btw, 0 nicotine.

If there isn't creams or custards then shake and vape 'em. Maybe let them rest overnight. Creams, custards, and tobaccos are what need to age.

Fruits just need a shake and vape like others have mentioned above, maybe the one exception is banana or a really rich strawberry might need a night to steep. In my experience steeping will only improve a juice, it will not make a bad day 0 juice suddenly good after steeping. If you are talking about any type of cream or vanilla or even earthy flavors like tobacco or almond then you will need a few days steep.
