I have no problem with that because; I am an adult, I own toys, I enjoy yummy tasting candy, I like bright colors, and I know how to keep my property out of the hands of children

The thing is many adults like it. It is however a brand marketed to children. The Chinese may not care if kids smoke but the US certainly does. There needs to be much more education to kids that it will harm them. Poke bongs are even worse. Kids are doing drugs. That is a fact. Again, more education. It is a proven fact it harms development. To adults in many instances it is actually helpful. You all know this already.
I agree there needs to be more education for kids but it starts at home. They're no ones kids but the parents'. You made 'em, you train 'em. If the parents don't give a shit don't even expect me to. Personally I get tired of the padded little 'angels' running and ruining everything. You have to do this 'cuz of the children' or you can't do this 'cuz of the children'.
Last I checked, children don't earn wages (in this country anyway), they don't hold government office, they can't get a line of credit, they can't drive, they can't vote, they can't serve in the military. Newsflash, the world doesn't revolve around them. I know it may be a splash of cold water for some but it is what it is, no one person made it that way.
If a kid is ordering a $45-50 mod on the internet I have several concerned questions. Who the hell let them on the internet unsupervised? Where did they get the credit card? Always going back to 'where the hell are the damn parents?!'. Adults shouldn't have to be censored every time they turn around because 'ohhh, the children, think of the children'. I'm not saying let's put a vape dispenser in the gradeschools, but let's get real. You let your kid wander the strip at 1am downtown on a friday night with sketchy characters they're liable to be exposed to all kinds of things. Drug dealers, nudie bars, hookers, you name it. The entire world isn't a 'safe zone' and 'child friendly', it's not romper room or spongebob's playground.
The whole excuse that it's appealing to kids is bogus. Plenty of illegal drugs existed long before vaping was even someone's wet dream. Kids have done drugs far longer than vaping's been around and none of it was geared toward them. It was plenty of boring crap. Cigs weren't even geared toward kids. They try to say joe camel was an issue but he wasn't drawn like Geoffrey from Toys 'r Us. They probably just wanted some means to reach out to adults and feature a turkish blend to people in the west. A talking camel is a lot less awkward than some guy with a heavy accent and thick beard trying to sell them. Hell these days they use cartoon soap bubbles and crap to sell adults cleaning products, don't think they're hitting up the 5yo's to get scrubbin' on the porcelain throne. Just my .02

I remember when I was a kid we didn't have car seats. We all had peanut butter sandwiches in our lunch boxes. We used to take a bus when we needed to go someplace and guess what? We survived. God kids are so coddled now. They live at home until they're 40 because they have no tools to deal with the real world.

My head doesn't hurt. It got knocked around plenty since I grew up as a normal kid, rode my bike through mountain trails with no pads, no helmet, rode my skateboard with no helmet or pads. I guess I got used to it and grew immune, I didn't walk my bike around a pre approved foam padded park geared out like a hockey goalie lmao.
I'm not saying they should interrupt saturday morning cartoons to be like 'hey kids, check out this vape!' but the coddling has gotten nuts. Reminds me of the commercial for some car seat that's all adjustable, it's supposed to fit the kid from infant to like 17yrs old and 150lbs or some crap. My only point was the world is filled with plenty of things that aren't kiddy safe or approved, then again even theme parks have a height restriction where you have to be this big to ride this ride. The world isn't one giant chuck e cheese's.

It comes from the Japanese wording which means 'pocket monster' and the idea is to capture the creatures by force against their will so they will obey their master. So basically playing with your 'pocket monster' with a bdsm twist, adding them to a 'collection' much in the same way serial killers behave but that's a whole different basket of issues. Not sure vaping is the major concern here lmao.

Lots of kids and adults like pokemon, (my kid included) and I never thought that was a good thing. They are silly to me and cost way too much for cards and toys IMHO. Catching creatures, keeping them in your pocket, and forcing them to fight. I am sure this is illegal somewhere...
