Anyone else notice this? I noticed it this past week during the black friday/cyber monday sale they had going on and realized the same thing happened when they had a sale a while back.
Normally, when you buy something you get an option of what shipping choice you want at various price points, but the 2 or 3 times I bought stuff from them that was heavily on sale or during one of their big sales, you no longer have an option for shipping and you are forced to pay near $13 for Priority 2 Day shipping. Not totally unreasonable in itself, but then they ship the package regular Priority (which is definitely cheaper). So now the package I was forced to pay $13 for 2 day shipping for is not here an entire week later.
So I dunno. Are they doin this during sales to offset their costs? Charging for 2 day, then shipping regular and pocketing the difference? Who knows, just an interesting observation
