Advice on buying second Vaporizer

I purchased a V2 Void sub ohm starter kit. I found it ok. A bit fiddly. Modifying airflow was hit and miss. Customer care was terrible. It had 2 coils. I liked it's size. could slip into pocket without fear of leaking.

I use 50VG/50PG and 60VG/40PG juice.

I dropped it in some water so I'm looking for something new. Would like to get something a little more serious, easy to operate and maintain. Compact. Nice to smoke - clean - smooth. I'm generally a MTL smoker.

Happy to go pre owned to get a better model or a good value around $50- new unit.

I have no idea where to start. Here's my choices so far.
1) Aspire ESP 30 W
2) Eleaf iStick 100 W
3) Pioneer4You iPV D2

Thanks!

I personally would recommend the Eleaf Ipower 80w TC. Light, powerful, with great battery life. It comes with built in batteries, so no need for an external charger. Pair it up with an Aspire Cleito or Tobeco Supertank Mini, and you could have a nice set up for less than 50 bucks. Welcome to VU, and let us know what you end up with.

I'll second the iPower 80watt teamed with a Super Tank Mini is a great little easy to use combo, with nice flavor and vapor production from the Super Tank Mini, the coils are spectacular with it. The Cleito can get a little hot on the top cap/mouth piece, be forewarned if you are a chain vaper. 80watts is more than enough for most people as they are generally in the 30 to 60watt range, gives a little extra headroom without needing to be full out all throttle on it all the time and the battery life between charges should last you a day to day and a half minimum, and being an internal battery pack, just need an Android Cell phone charger or basic USB wall wort to charge it.

It's VG/PG not PG/VG

You started with a tube all in one device which includes both mod and atomizer.
If you buy any of the mods you mentioned you will also need to buy separate tanks to use on them.
Since you require both you could get a starter kit which includes both, most manufacturers offer such a kit or a few kits to choose for, or just get another one of those all in one tubes just of higher quality.

Thanks guys!

I think I'll go for the iPower 80watt teamed with a Super Tank Mini. Hard to find a vendor that stocks them both. Any tips?

Great suggestions!

Ebay. ecig.com has them both listed, but are out of stock on the Super Tank Mini. I got my Ipower 80's from vapenw, but they were out of them due to black Friday/cyber Monday. Going to have to use 2 vendors. Try vapecrawler. Ebay will have them both for sure, just from different resellers.

Cool.

This is what I've ordered:
  • 1x Mini Super Tank
  • 1x Pre-Installed Coil - 0.2O
  • 1x Replacement Coil Head - 0.4O
Comes standard with this configuration.
Any advice in could ohm / wattage combos. When to use the .20 or .40. is it fo do with the juice vg mix?

Thanks!

The resistance of the coils, is mainly depending on your personal preference. The wattage to use, depends on your eJuice, and your preference. Some eJuice has better flavor with low power, some has better flavor with higher power. Just start at a low power setting, and increment a step at a time, until you find the sweet spot for best flavor, and vapor.

I'm going to try a Joyetech Cubis Sub Ohm Tank for comparison. I read that it give a good MTL experience.
Does anyone know the difference between tanks that give a MTL vape or a DL vape?
Is it airflow?

Looks great. Is it using a standard tank? Is it almost the same as the eLeaf iPower 80w.
it uses the melo tank IIRC. you'll need batteries though as it doesn't come with them. Are you in the US? are you looking for a MTL vape or a DTL vape. budget? do you have batteries?

I am.in the US. I already have the iPower. I like the compactness look of the Pico :) I have a tank for MTL an one for TL. I have some standard batteries. I think the disadvantage of the Pico is that you are locked into a tank type. I liked the T18 because it's just a MARK device and really simple. The iPower lets me explore other tanks and is still compact.

this is on sale for 35 bucks and is amazing
101 watts, temp control everything, better battery life since it's a single 26650 mod. downside is you will need a 26650 battery

use coupon code WINTER25 and it'll bring the price down to 35 bucks. and it's a US seller so fast shipping

They charge shipping then handling as another fee! I couldn't purchase because of this alone.
The handling fee is the signature required so you don't have to prove your old enough to buy it by uploading your license. It's a steal on that mod either way.

At that price the slice is the best option by far. The other mods recommended don't come close.
