To an order, or inquiry? I've used their chat multiple times, usually works out pretty well.
I don't know. It's says : "Waiting for exigexpress.com" Then :

If I click on the first link in your post. the simple exigexpress.com. It comes up server not found. However if I click on the full link preceded by www it comes right up. Ain't editing great?
Clear your cookies.
I have had that happen to me a few times with that site. Setup my shopping cart and slowly adding flavors as I find new recipes over time. I think that might have something to do with it. Dunno but clearing cookies or switching browsers worked.
