You heard wrong
I've used them for the past 2 1/2 years and never once had one issue. Their shipping is fast, they have good customer service that you actually can speak to a human if you call. So I'd take that with a grain of salt from my experience with them. I have spent well over $800.00 in purchasing from them and all of that was on items that most were on sale.

I use ecig.com quite a bit and I've NEVER had a negative interaction with them!! Their customer service is excellent!! Very helpful and friendly and any time I've needed them they've gone above and beyond to help me out. I have had nothing but positive interactions with them.

i ordered form them once. price was great. the VT133 i got is awesome (less then 80 bucks for it) and shipping was less then a week. no issue whatsoever

FYI I placed an order with them and they no longer require the SSN thing.
I've ordered a lot from them. I have always received good customer service. All orders were shipped fast and only a couple times did I receive the wrong item and they were quick to fix it. Their online chat is great. I always get a quick response and they are always giving up coupons over chat. They have really good prices too.

I did lower case - nada. Upper case - nada. It should calculate items that do qualify if the flash sale doesn't qualify those items.

Interesting...I wasnt aware that they excluded items...you could try SteelCity14 or startvaping to see if it gives the 5% off it gave me when I tried them. Other than that, it's about all I could find...you could also try talking to someone in their chat screen they have on their site. One time the rep on the site gave me a 10 percent off code just for asking if they had one...

SteelCity14 worked for 5%. Thankfully they're in TX and there is no expiration on anything in my cart as far as coupons. I'll call them tomorrow. I'm sure they'll give me 10 off. But due to the size of my order I'll beg for 20%. They have some really great prices this week/weekend.

yup same here. got that and a V2 clone, 3 packs of coils (2 for my TFV8 and 1 for my clieto) and a bag of cotton bacon all for 77 bucks. what a steal.
