Hello

I placed an order for juice worth $150 on October 18th.

They charged my card but haven't mailed me to let me know order has been mailed.

Neither are they responding to my emails.

Any suggestions?

Then just dispute the charge with your CC Co.

They havent posted on their FB page since Nov 2015. Thats never a good sign when it comes to a business.

Yeah. I saw that yesterday. Same with their Instagram page.

Looks like they've gone out of business.

I thought whatever and made the call (to the number in bold) and spoke to Dane who transferred to me Mike.

Apparently they were delayed because of one or two flavors not in stock. I don't mind being delayed.

But not replying to emails sent 6 days. I think thats a long time.

Anyways, They said they already mailed it today & put in one or two bottles as a gesture of goodwill.

Alls well that ends well.

I'll be interested in 2 things.
1. How much will that call end up costing you.
2. If you actually receive the products.

If I would have read your reply I certainly would have called them for you but just now got to it.

That's very kind of you & consider yourself having done the good deed for me

Well it's not like it's a huge amount. Probably about $13. It's not that $13 that bothered. It's the fact that I had to pay $13 to follow up on an order I placed 7 days ago & funds deducted from my account.

I am fairly certain I'll get it. In fact I received the usps tracking number yesterday.

I'll let you guys know my thoughts.

Their recipes look interesting. Widow's walk in particular:
