Recommend a Vape for me?

Hello everyone! Looking for help while choosing a vape. I've used the Blu e cigs for a while but they have stopped cutting it for me. Finally worked up some money and I'm going to get a vape soon. I'm looking for a vape pen starter kit defiantly but nothing for wussies. Also I don't want anything cheap-looking for something that'll last for atleast a year if I take care of it. Don't want anything that's gonna drop if I tip it over. My price range is 30-40 but my local vape store is pricey on liquid and cheap on vapes.
I've seen some haus vapors but from what I hear they suck.
Thanks!

Welcome!

A vape pen might work for you. But IMHO you will spend the money on a pen, then realize you should have bought a box mod setup. Same thing I did when I started. And basically buying that pen ended up a waste of money because as soon as I bought a mod, the pen was no longer in use. And that was a week or 2 later. But I was advised the same thing, and I did it anyway.

So my recommendation: spend a little more now and buy something you can "grow into."

Will need to buy rechargable batteries and a charger, plus coils which you would have to buy with a pen/cartomizer some way or another.

A couple recommendations would be the eleaf pico kit i think can be had about $30ish, maybe less, or a kanger topbox kit for $40-50ish.

Thank you for the suggestion! The Eleaf looks pretty nice I will defiantly look into it!! Also are you saying I will have to buy coils/charger/batteries with the pen or the mod?

Sure thing.

Didn't necessarily mean to steer you away from pen/ego devices, just wanted to share my opinion based on my experience and preference.

If you don't want to deal with batteries and chargers yet, the Cool Fire IV TC100 paired with a Aspire Nautilus or Aspire Nautilus X, will give you a nice setup with plenty of room for you to grow

Nah man actually you seem to be right the most I've seen anyone use a pen is a couple months-the eleaf is probably what I'll invest in do you have any recommendations on what I need to by with it as far as brands go?

I don't really like the size of the cool fire but thank you so much for the suggestion! I do think I will get an aspire particularly because I don't like the wide mouth of the eleaf istick

Welcome to VU.

I agree with BKTOAD, don't go the pen route, you will just waste your money.

The eleaf pico is an excellent starter kit. Get an lg hg2 3000 mAh battery as that should last you all day long. I work part time at a vape shop and we sell these to anyone looking to stop smoking and start vaping for very little money. It comes with a melo 3 tank and a couple of different ohm coils. This one is my fav color http://www.myvaporstore.com/Eleaf-Pico-iSmoka-iStick-75W-Melo-3-Mini-Kit-p/elis-is7550.htm and as you can see they are a great price on this website and the shipping is not expensive either.

I agree. The pen option you may out grow quickly. I must admit l am a fan of the PICO. It is small and portable, also l am a fan of changeable battery devices. The PICO in black looks nice.

@GhostVape22 also unless the shops near you are pretty close to online... you will pay out the nose for a lot less in return.
Online vendors abound and VU has some of the best dealers with the deals out there.

Oh batteries and chargers are where you do not cheap out.

I would say dish out a few more bucks and get a wismec. They are so worth it and it will last.
I'd stay away from wismec. the rx series and the (joyetech) cubiod are the 2 mods with the most issues. Look at the forums. almost every week someone is posting questions here because theirs failed. Poor soldering, thin wiring, and terrible 510 pin make it an unreliable mod. For the same price you can get a smok alien which is much better
