Want more quicker draw then mini nautilus

Well hello peeps. Havnt made a post in a long while. I bought my first mod and clearomizer a while ago. Didn't have a good experience cause I bought a leaky spitty gurgley clearomizer. It took the enjoyability of vaping away from me. That is when I found this site and posted and got great feedback and was suggested a few tanks and decided to go with the mini nautilus as a few of you suggested. The tank has and continues to be a great tank. However I have lately been looking to get another tank. My mom has recently quit cigarettes and has tried my vap with the nautilus on 12.5 watts and she likes it. So I'm thinking I should just let her keep it so she stays off the cigs. Well I have been using the vap doing sort of lung hits u guess but the draw I found has been a lil too tight. I want a more airier draw with out having to suck additional air around the mouth piece. I am not looking to go through trail and error and throwing my money away along with tanks. I want a tank that has a airy draw with lots of vap and with out having gurgling spitting or leaky issues. What would be the best bang for the buck? And how much would coils cost and longevity of coils. How many watts would you need and all that wonderful stuff. Thank you for any who responds

howdy - and welcome!

my personal recommendation for tank with premade coils is the Crown, v1 - 0.5ohm coil (ss wire) at about 30-35 watts

coils run about $12 for a 4 pack - coil longevity is going to depend to an extent on your juice - sweeter juices gunk up faster - 1-2 weeks on a coil? you can also soak em when they start getting dirty, if cotton is not burned - soak in everclear or cheap vodka - give em a hot water rinse and then soak in hot water for a couple hours - re-rinse, let air dry - you will get 50-75% more life out of the coil

keep in mind, that is a sub ohm coil - may want to look at dropping nic level a little as it will produce much more vapor than the nauti coils

Have you tried the crown 2? Just wondering. I'm reading up on the crown 1 and the 2 keeps popping up. Just wonder if ya got any feed back on that

Clieto, TFV4 or TFV8

The cleito needs a 70 watt device, the TFV4 a 100 watt device, and the TFV8 a 150 watt device. So depends on your mod. Coils are 3-5 bucks each and last about 2 weeks for me. the TFV8 comes with a nice RBA deck though

Crown 2 is having coil issues (1st batch, check youtube videos on Crown V2). I did not see which mod you were/are using. A couple lower wattage tanks would be a Joyetech Ultimo Tank (25 watts-60w) or maybe a Supertank Mini (35w-60w). Tank would set you back around 25 bucks, and a 5 pack of coils runs around $12.00. Good luck, and let us know what you end up with.

Heh...from a nautilus mini to a tfv8? That's like going from a moped to a Bugatti.

Lol pretty much. But he did mention the crown which is similar to the tfv4 so why not go all the way if he wants

crown 2 has not gotten great feedback (neither did uwell's rafale tank) - the crown 1 is a solid, consistent performer and very reasonably priced (wetvapes had em for $15 recently)

mm - crown and tfv4 are not that similar - both subohm tanks, true, but the tfv4 is more of a high wattage fogger while the crown is more moderate, in my experience

I felt like they were pretty similar but to each their own. Both pale in comparison to the tfv8

lol - true enough, all about preference :)

Modfather 30mm RDTA for the win, in my book, though - runnin' a pair of dual SS 3.5mm ID SFCs... she's a BEAST

Yeah the tank looks awesome but the 30mm is a little too big for me

You were saying you got along fine with your Nautilus Mini but would like an airier draw - in that case why not look at the Trident Mini which to my mind would offer you just that but also offers the simple to use top fill system, and a variable airflow system which if used full open really does give an airy draw ideal for DTL vaping.

It's other advantage is that you can use the Triton Mini Coils (both sub and plus ohm ones are available) but can also use the colis for the Nautilus Mini which you know and like and which will fit the Triton Mini.

Thanks for the feed back. I went out n bought the smok r80 with rtv4 micro starter pack. Getting a way better draw then the nautilus for sure
