Thanks. Airflow for me is about 75% open with the 8 wrap build. Giving good flavor and clouds at 70 watts @ 0.35 ohm.

UPDATE: Changed my build to a dual 26x32 clapton on 3mm diameter guide and 8 wraps. Resulted to .45 ohms, and I'm vaping it at 50 watts with the airflow slot as wide as the coil. Great flavor and vapor!

Could i ask what is meant by over the top builds

Most of the time unless someone has the patience to build them themselves or buys claptons and stapled claptons and fused claptons and stapled fused claptons, they go with simple round wire builds. On top of being standard round wire builds most people will generally go simple a 24 or 26 AGW at 5-7 wraps. You can get decent performance from a round wire build but it needs to be spaced and really long (if it's too long and contact the inside can get hot enough to burn the cotton before the outside gets hot enough to vape. Probably better if the wire is as thick as possible. So 22 AWG. Otherwise your best bet and probably the strong point of this atty is using 3mm+ exotic builds (the ones I listed above) that can take lots of power and put out lots of vapor. An example of a good coil to use in the device is the coils that come with it. Those are great.

Come to think of it my v1 limitless plus did not come with a 510 drip tip adapter :/ it just has a wide bore long tip

That's strange. My v1 came with the 510 adapter. Where did you get yours?

I have the one on the left with the tall top cap which is removable but there is no adapter to attach to use a 510 tip...

eBay.. Seller has sold thousands and not 1 bad feedback. Don't have a link as I can't find it now but I took it over to vapor Hub and compared its exactly the same including titanium screws. If I have a clone it's pretty good clone than. I still questioned its authenticity because the silicon plug for single coil mode and all the Orings smelled bad, really bad, now I see I am missing a part so that kinda sucks.

I think I would have liked the wide bore drip tip over the ability to use a 510 tip. I am okay with vaping with the wide opening, but a 510 tip is way to restrictive a tip for as much vapor as this guy is made to make. A wide tip like the V1 would have been perfect. Tempted to get a couple V1 clones just to steal the top caps.

The one on the left has the wide bore drip tip. The one on the right is the same thing except that short addition is the 510 adapter. both the wide bore drip tip, the 510 adapter and everything from the top-cap down should have been in the box with the v1. That is what is strange. I can't remember where they packed the 510 adapter in my original package but are you sure you didn't overlook it? I think it was in the bag with the spare screws and O-rings.
